My husband and I are down in the area for a month looking for some property, and we were really craving some homemade chocolate chip cookies and either zucchini or banana bread. But since we are renting a VRBO, we don’t have all of my ingredients stocked in the pantry for me to bake. Also because of my allergies and our age, we are watching what we eat nowadays. SO needless to say, it is hard to find any kind of organic or lower sugar baked goods. I tried a couple of bakeries in the Palm Coast area And was really let down by the poor quality and non-existence of any low sugar, low calorie, or organic anything. That’s when I came across Amanda’s website and decided to place an order. She was so nice and hospitable to order a few extra organic ingredients for our baked goods. The cookies and the banana bread that we ordered turned out so wonderful!! Thank you so much Amanda, and we will definitely place another order again soon!!

We have ordered Amanda’s White Sandwich Loaf and Brioche Loaf twice. Both are excellent loaves! We order them unsliced and slice ourselves. We slice the brioche loaf into thick slices–its the perfect texture for French Toast. The sandwich loaf has that pure, old-fashioned flavor with a delicate crust. We appreciate the simple ingredients-we know the quality is far superior to any store-bought product. And even without preservatives-these breads have a decent shelf life as long as they are wrapped well. We will definitely be ordering again.
