We stopped in for a bite after watching the Globetrotters play at the UF arena. So, it’s within driving distance of the campus facilities. We both got soup and salad and I liked the options available. Service was good and we got to watch the Steelers lose a playoff game, so everything was great

Was visiting family and we all decided to come in for Prime Rib and Pizookies. Unfortunately, they were out of Prime Rib. Also tried ordering a pork chop which was out as well. I recommend going in earlier if you plan on getting one of the specials. We came in at 6:30 on a Sunday night.
The three of us that planned on getting prime rib ended up getting the ribeye instead. When our meals arrived they still hadn’t brought out anyone’s salads so we ended up getting after our entree. The server, Lindsay was very nice and apologetic. Our food overall was good and I did get my pizookie. The strawberry one is quite good. On another note, the bathroom smelled like sewer gas which was really bad. I think they should have posted something regarding this near the bathroom along with letting diners know beforehand about items out of stock.

I ordered bjs delivery and the tri trip was extremely overcooked. Literally ate 1/4 and gave the rest to my dogs. It was tougher than leather! Waste money. emailed them and no response.

I will be going back! We got a personal size pizza which was amazing! The sauce was awesome! The pizza came with a salad which was great, and a desert! Holy cow the strawberry shortcake! Was yummy! It was on a surgar cookie. Wow! Yummy! Can’t wait to go back! Oh the waiter was great too!

First time at BJs and I went with the large pizookie. No complaints but definitely a full tummy (picture attached for reference). Joelle was great!

This BJs, although technically ADA compliant leaves a LOT to be desired when it comes to taking care of those that need a little help. My mom is 93 and uses a walker. All the ADA tables, aka not hightops, are located down 3 steps. No problem we will just go through the bar area, asking several patrons to move their chairs, to get to the back of the restaurant. There is the only ramp in the entire place.
Food. After being assured they were not out of the Prime Rib special I ordered it. The Broccoli and Cheese soup and baked potato were decent. My dogs seemed like they liked the Prime Rib much better than me, since they ate most of it. The server was extremely nice while being totally incompetent.
I do not send food back when I take mom out. Why make her wait because others are unable to get their simple tasks completed. The Prime Rib I was served was 40% fat and cooked Medium, when I ordered rare. It should have never left the kitchen.
We won’t be back and there are way to many choices in Gainesville to tolerate the food issue, but corporate and management not caring about people with disabilities? Shame on you.
