The three of us that planned on getting prime rib ended up getting the ribeye instead. When our meals arrived they still hadn’t brought out anyone’s salads so we ended up getting after our entree. The server, Lindsay was very nice and apologetic. Our food overall was good and I did get my pizookie. The strawberry one is quite good. On another note, the bathroom smelled like sewer gas which was really bad. I think they should have posted something regarding this near the bathroom along with letting diners know beforehand about items out of stock.
Both had the runs that night..
Wings were great!!
Food. After being assured they were not out of the Prime Rib special I ordered it. The Broccoli and Cheese soup and baked potato were decent. My dogs seemed like they liked the Prime Rib much better than me, since they ate most of it. The server was extremely nice while being totally incompetent.
I do not send food back when I take mom out. Why make her wait because others are unable to get their simple tasks completed. The Prime Rib I was served was 40% fat and cooked Medium, when I ordered rare. It should have never left the kitchen.
We won’t be back and there are way to many choices in Gainesville to tolerate the food issue, but corporate and management not caring about people with disabilities? Shame on you.
