A great location, although it does seem that not many people tend to go to the location, or maybe at least during a Sunday. All be it not busy at all no customers in the restaurant,the workers weren’t slacking off, they were actually working and fixing whatever needed to be done behind the counter; you’d at times would have expected them to be goofing around, playing on phones, or whatever else they deemed fit while not busy, but no they were quick to assist the only customer at the time, and actually seemed like they wanted to have service. They were quick with knowing the questions I had, which were about coupons and to see if the location participated in them. Which of course they did and I was able to use my coupon for 3 sandwiches for $19.99, which excluding 2 on the menu, I was practically able to get any sandwiches I wanted, even ones including bacon. They made the sandwiches the way I wanted even toasting them with extra items and for more than once, which really made them taste fantastic.

Food is great but some of the employees at this particular location seem like it’s an inconvenience for you to be there. Very little eye to eye contact, no smiles, low energy… all are lacking. Ordering things the way you want it is hit and miss if they bother to ask or just make it according to their menu. Isn’t that what Subway’s main focus is, customer specific, made to order?!

Costumer service is trash, food is trash!! Rushed the sandwiches out the way just to look like this!!? Looks like somebody barf on this saggy looking sandwich! Maybe the young cats where having a bad day?

Staff was well trained, and care about the food leaving the counter. That may seem odd to say, but the employees were following their directives and good practices by rotating food off the front counter into the fridge to maintain temperature. This type of process is awesome and typically abandoned when the boss or health inspector isn’t looking in some food establishments. This process took an extra minute but it is worth it to know the staff care about quality and I appreciate their efforts.

Tremendous service at this particular Subway restaurant. My sandwich artist named Scout was very proficient and friendly. The dining area and bathroom were super clean! With at least 5 Subway locations to choose from in Minot, I will go out of my way to visit this particular site from now on, even though it’s one of the furthest away from my home.

Servicing small portions of meat on buns, They have reduced the portion of meat on large buns.Ask for double meat they fake it less than full portion.

If I could rate this place no stars I would. The tall guy at the front counter was extremely disrespectful and moved so slow. He put every topping on basically one at a time purposely, as if my time wasn’t valuable to me. He put very little sauce on my sandwich and when I asked for just a “little” more, he then drowned my sandwich in sauce. Never returning to this god awful place with that man still working there.

All I can say is this used to be a fantastic place to eat but the quality of employees is gone. The guy that made my sandwich didn’t know how to cut it or wrap it so the woman working with him just grabbed it and shoved it in a wrapper so everything turned into a wrapped salad and didn’t cut it in half. I’m sorry for the owners but I’m done with them unless they find someone who works.

Regular Subway but the service was above average. Even though it was a pretty busy night and only an hour left in the shift the crew was moving fast and getting the orders out. I almost didn’t go in when I saw how busy it was but they got to me in good time and were friendly and polite. I will definitely hit there again when I have the craving.
