Came during the busy lunch rush on Valentine’s Day. Despite customers being rather rude, the manager kept a positive and respectful attitude. Giving blessed days to everyone. Every member of staff I encountered were kind and efficient. The food was fast and fresh. Every visit to this location has been a positive one.

Great fast food joint with solid chicken sandwich options. Staff is super kind and helpful every time I go. Only critique is that you pretty much have to know what you want before going through the drive thru, as there’s no menu to see in front of where the staff takes your order during lunch/dinner times. Still a great spot with awesome staff!

Maybe it’s just me but I felt bad for the people sitting at the windows next to the drive thru.. all they was able to see was numerous empty chick fil A cups left by the employees. The drive thru was very slow bc the 2 girls was having to much fun with each other. A guy came to the rescue and got the line moving.. … I only had the fries and a shake. Tasted like it always has.

I used to love chick- fil- a but lately me and my family all got a really bad stomach ache after eating from chick- fil- a. And it’s getting way expensive.I don’t know what happened but it doesn’t taste the same anymore. The customer service is excellent but the food quality is not good anymore.

Order via mobile app. I love they have a mobile lane for drive thru. I received my food and quickly. The young lady handed my food was very nice.

I love chic fil a, but, they are very much greedy with the food. They never fill up my drinks nor the Mac and cheese. It ticks me off because I pay money for the full amount, yet I’ve noticed I get less and less.

This is the third time I’ve gone inside to avoid the endless car line, miscommunication and the missing item. It always unorganized, messy and chaotic. Worst thing is, after waiting for ever, my order is always missing something, even though I make a point to ask, is everything in there? I my opinion there’s a few other places, with better attention to detail, food and service in the mall.

I wish they would do better. It’s not your typical experience. For what you pay they could at least give you clean tables. Not sure why it’s always dirty. I wish there was another location.
The one on Route 1 has a friendly staff and is always clean. It’s a newer location as well. My order here is generally messed up, but it’s closer to areas I frequent.

I don’t know why certain Chikfilas have one line for drive thru and another line for mobile orders. It creates such a mess in the parking lot! Cars can’t enter/exit the parking lot because the drive through line is blocking it from how long it is.
Got here at 7:22pm I’m leaving now at 7:46pm.
