East Lake Cafe is a nice family breakfast/lunch restaurant open (beginning in February 2026) at 7:30 AM every day and closing at 3 PM. It’s a nice alternative to chains such as iHOP and Village Inn. The food is always hearty and fresh, staff remembers your prior orders and are joyful, and the portions are large. It’s reasonably priced but no special pricing or 55+ options. You’ll enjoy!

This place is very pricey for a mediocre breakfast. Eggs over light one was runny one was medium. I asked for Bacon crisp it was limp and chewey. I asked for hash browns crisp they were barely brown and greasy. My Boyfriend got over cooked scrambled eggs shoe leather pancakes. Then I asked for an Iced cappuccino and I got a luke warm no ice glass of cappuccino. We drove from south Largo to try this place. Was extremely disappointed…oh and my rye toast was buttered cold, so not it was not enjoyable to me either. We ate it, but at $39 for 2 simple breakfasts and coffee for 2…it was not enjoyable or memorable. We wouldn’t go back.

Was a casual relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent. The quantity and quality were both amazing. Won’t be a need for lunch today. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Nice and close to where I was staying and off the main drag so it wasnt noisy or overcrowded. Menu had a great variety of choices.

We have been coming here for years and we have a great experience with every visit.
The food is fresh and delicious. You can tell they take the time to use quality ingredients like fresh lettuce, tomatoes etc.
There is such a great variety as well as gluten free options.
This is truly a hidden gem in East Lake.

Such a beautiful little breakfast spot!!
They also serve lunch, but it’s our all day breakfast place!
The food is great and the service is great!
Everything is just right!
Right in the Eastlake woodlands plaza so you can pull up in your golf cart from the neighborhood!

Don’t mind the mustard in the picture hahaha

First off: it’s in the neighborhood and nearby so that’s nice. Unfortunately it’s so grossly overpriced, I don’t ever want to go back. But I probably will because it’s convenient – NOT BECAUSE THE FOOD IS GOOD OR BECAUSE THE ENGLISH LADY KNOWS HOW TO USE HER INSIDE VOICE (she doesn’t. If you were wondering) So. Food was just ok. “Sausage gravy” tasted like it was made with Italian sausage which is pretty off putting for breakfast and the country fried steak definitly tasted like it was past its freshness prime (ok, ok, I get it – that’s why we smother it with gravy, right?) I mean I can make eggs and toast at home, so I kinda want to be impressed when I go to breakfast…but I was not impressed and I spent a lot of money to be disappointed.

I been eating here for many years. I love sitting outside and eating it’s just so relaxing. The food has always been good. Today I had a Breakfast Skillet and it was really delicious. I don’t mind the price at all because there’s not many places in Palm Harbor Florida or in Oldsmar Florida where you can have a good breakfast and sit outside and enjoy the air. That’s exactly what I like! And I love this Side of Palm Harbor the Best! The Boot Ranch Area is really Nice!! It’s Clean and Beautiful! First Class Area!
