Texas Roadhouse has very friendly and attentive service, which is definitely a plus. However, the food itself feels more like fast food than a sit-down restaurant. Most of the dishes seem prepackaged, and it lacks the freshness you might expect from a casual dining chain. The famous rolls, which so many people rave about, were surprisingly dry and underwhelming. While the staff does a great job making the experience pleasant, the quality of the food just doesn’t match the hype. It’s an okay place for a quick meal, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it for anything but a steak. (But the steak is quite pricey if you compare it to a non chain!)

We went to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate his birthday. The service was amazing! Everything came out quickly and perfectly! Our server Maddox was unbelievably kind, caring, and quick with service. I would highly recommend coming here. And we will definitely be coming back as soon as possible 🙂 I couldn’t help but eat before the photos. It tastes just as good as it looks! This was my first time going to Texas Roadhouse, and I had a really good experience. I went on a Friday night with my boyfriend. It was very busy and packed with people, but everything still went well. Even though it was crowded, the service was fast and friendly.
We ordered salmon, chicken, and a Diet Coke. The food came out hot and fresh. The salmon was tasty and well-cooked, and the chicken was juicy and full of flavor. The bread they gave us at the beginning was amazing — very warm, soft, and fresh. I really liked it!
Our server, Nina, was very sweet and helpful. She checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. Even with so many people there, she still gave us great service and made us feel welcome. I really appreciated how kind and professional she was.
I had a great time during this visit. The food, the service, and the whole experience were all very nice. I will definitely be coming back again in the future. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and friendly service.

Had so much business, I knew I had to find out why
Everyone there staff & customers were happy and friendly
Once I tasted the food I knew why
The food is true Texas..the staff ..everyone helpful, friendly (unlike most restaurants)

I go here weekly for chili which is fantastic
Everytime I go, someone is celebrating their birthday/often 2 parties
So good to Texas Roadhouse and celebrate birthdays the Texas way
(Nobody pays me to write my reviews..I just love sharing my experiences of discovering great food and great staff
If it was allowed I would rate this restaurant 10+++ stars
Today I was given free peanuts…everyone apparently gets a bag of really good peanuts
UPDATE LABOR DAY 2025!!!
Texas Roadhouse opened specially today at 11:00 a.m.for Labor Day
I knew I had to go there for lunch, because on the app (ending today ) for my birthday I would get a free side or sidekick with any entre
So I bought what I heard about from many Roadhousers
(1) ribs as my sidekick
(2) Pulled pork as my entre
(3) My favorite included with sandwich chili..upgraded it to bowl for $1
Result..my best lunch of my life. Texas roadhouse..if they make it..it is always one of the best in america..today included
The staff today was Brandon…a remarkable worker who helped suggest my choices today. He runs the carry out window like an atomic scientist..in other words= with perfection
Kudos to the following managers & managing partner for creating likely the best Texas Roadhouse in America

Op. .Manager=Rob Kershaw ( no relationship to Clayton)
Tara Kyle is the best service manager i have observed in any restaurant in my life
Considering how this location smashes the now failing Outback Steakhouse & is [never as busy as Texas Steakhose] & the other steakhouse whose name i cannot recall/apparently like most Fredericksonians because I predict it’s fate is similar to Outback. Outback in Gaithersburg closed over a year ago because it is overpriced and no longer good enough to patronage. It hasn’t innovate in over 3 decades
You decide for yourself..but if you don’t choose Texas roadhouse..your friends and family will likely disown you.

Tonight while waiting for my chili take-out order..I heard a birthday celebration. The cutest ever 3 year old sat on the birthday saddle. With permission I took pictures..the shots you will discover why families celebrate birthdays of all ages..the best ones are the children. THE mom gave me permission to share the pictures on the internet.
Bring children of any ages (1-100) to Texas Roadhouse to sit on the saddle
The experience is wonderful and the pictures are PRICELESS

I have tried and enjoyed the child steak tip dinner with mushrooms that I am addicted to
I still enjoy the bowl of chili with for warm rolls +0the two free peanuts I am given each visit
One of my favorite help for take out is always perfect and helpful Nathan
Texas Roadhouse house finally hired a new manager Dustin. Whose varied background and experience will help Tara co manage Texas Roadhouse. His personality is uniquely suited to co manage one of the best Texas Roadhouses in America
Texas Roadhouse has become my favorite restaurant and is surprisingly an affordable restaurant with its deals.. especially the Xmas gift card annual offerings
The staff is nearly universally wonderful . The management is superb

I visited this location last Sunday with a couple of friends after work. Due to it being a weekend night, the wait time to be seated was approximately 30 minutes. However, it was well worth the wait. Our server greeted us promptly, took our drink orders, and ensured our experience started smoothly. Shortly after, we placed our food order.
When the food arrived, it met and exceeded our expectations. The steaks were cooked exactly as requested, the ribs were tender, and the sides were flavorful and well prepared. Everything was served fresh and at the proper temperature.
The atmosphere was enjoyable and energetic, with music and a lively crowd that added to the overall dining experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit and look forward to returning more often in the future.

Great stop at roadhouse. Very consistent across the board. Had a coupon for a free app which we used for the fried pickles. They were excellent. Both got salads, steaks, and baked potatoes. Food was great.

I haven’t been to Texas Roadhouse in a number of years. We were very pleasantly surprised. We both ordered Prine rib and each was cooked exactly to our liking. We were greeted with HOT rolls with cinnamon butter, they were light, and delicious. Grace our server was very attentive and Dustin the manager came to check on us. The portions were larger than I expected even though we ordered the smallest size. The salad was crisp and the tomatoes even in February were firm and tasty. We will be back for sure!

My family and I decided to try Texas Roadhouse for the first time. Our server Maddie was so welcoming and professional. She brought our table a free samples and very attentive. From the bread all the way to the check she was kind. She explained the menu and top favorite entrees. We thanked her for her hospitality and her response was so genuine “I just treat people how I would like to be treated with kindness”
