Next level bbq is located inside of a ghost kitchen that does have some seating as well. The food, service, and presentation were all on point. I got a little bit of everything and nothing disappointed. Everything was so good from the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and the sweet sausage. The sides are amazing as well, I recommend the yeast rolls, poblano corn, and the confit potatoes were loaded with flavor. Thank you Travis for the delicious lunch today!

Amazing bbq! It feels like home. I happened to run across Truffle Pig today at foodie fest while visiting from Texas. Easily some of the best bbq I’ve had outside of home. The line was huge, but it was worth the wait.
Great service too! They ran out of brisket mere seconds before I ordered, so I ordered the beef rib instead. Then, while I waited for my food, they realized they did have enough brisket for me. So, they threw some in for free! The rib, brisket, confit potatoes, potato chips, and GF brioche rolls were all phenomenal! Don’t skip this place! Highly recommend!
