The fries we really hot, the Blizzard was perfect, but the burgers we so so. The lady that waited on us was cordial. The place was clean and the restrooms were clean. It helped the hunger but was not spectacular.

A bit noisey with kids all over after a ball game the other night but the counter service was great even remembering to add a bit of extra snickers in my blizzard. fries were crispy and seating area was clean as well as the bathroom which is rare in fast food places.

Had this been my first DQ experience, it would have been my last.

Everybody was nice, I was so glad the dining room was open as I’m a truck driver and couldn’t go through any drive through, but my onion rings were very burnt. I should have checked my food before I left, but I honestly didn’t think I had to check seeing as though Dairy Queen never disappoints. But these onion rings taste as burnt as they look.

By far the absolute worst experience I have had at any DQ. As my family and I were driving through Tennessee to go back home, we decided to stop at one of our favorite fast food places and to our surprise, our entire order was very disappointing. Natalie was very rude and charged us separately to make my chicken strips into honey bbq and the picture posted was the result. She said it would be an up charge of $1.10 just to put sauce on the strips. I hope next time my family and I pass through, the experience will be better. A simple order and nothing was fresh.please do better.

The owner of this place is what the world needs more of! My card would not work because my chip was malfunctioning. She gave me my Reese’s cup blizzard an brownies anyway an blessed me to be safe on my travels. True hospitality! It’s not about the giving it was the genuine love she put into customer satisfaction an so much more. Thanks a lot!
