North Port treat yourself to something yummy! Fresh delicious ice cream served up by the most lovely staff. The interior of this ice cream shoppe is so fun too! So many great flavors. My man loves the Raspberry chip in a hot fudge sundae. I am always changing it up. Coconut, Pistachio, Caramel crunch; they are all delicious! Ice cream cannoli, ice cream nachos, free sprinkles! Reasonable pricing too. Just get in there and get happy!

I went in tonight and ordered a hot fudge milkshake. She said that she never heard of it. So I explained vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and a little milk. She said she can’t make that. Pointed to the sign and said those are the milkshake flavors. I walked out never to go back and will tell my friends not to go there. Sweet Scoops is the place to go.

This spot does not get enough recognition it’s barely noticed when you go through the plaza, but once you taste the ice-cream you won’t forget it. I was welcomed with a friendly face and two scoops later, I was out the door. This place, it’s really good, especially if you don’t want to wait in long lines all the way down 41 for a couple scoops of homemade ice cream.

This is a very small place tucked away and it really is a hidden gem. I can’t have dairy or gluten and the lady serving us was very knowledgeable on it. At the time they only had a dairy free chocolate mousse and some italian ices. Now, I haven’t had a banana split in years due to how much dairy is in it. She was able to make me a allergen free banana split that tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry. I’ll have to come back soon.
