Visiting this place for the first time turned out to be a great experience. The team made us feel welcome right away and paid close attention to our needs. Ordering was easy, and the food arrived quickly at our table. Each dish was prepared just right and tasted amazing. It was an enjoyable visit that easily deserves five stars.

There’s just something about Red Robin that screams nostalgia. I mean, onion rings stacked into a tower? Iconic. Fries that are actually seasoned? Groundbreaking. And don’t even get me started on the sweet potato fries—mouthwatering doesn’t even cover it. Honestly, this is the place you hit up when the craving for crispy fries and a burger takes over. Oh, and the campfire sauce (or whatever it’s called)? It’s basically liquid gold.
Pictured is the very delicious scorpion burger. Don’t worry, it’s not THAT spicy. You can handle the heat.

We had such a great experience! Our server, Elvis, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly attentive and seemed to know what we needed before we even had to ask—drink refills, extra fries, napkins, everything was already taken care of. What made our visit even more special was that he took the time to draw a quick sketch of our little girl and gave it to us. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture that truly made our day. Thank you, Elvis, for going above and beyond!

Came here after a day of shopping at Ontario Mills. Met up with my cousin and his family. There was plenty of parking that is shared with other restaurants. When we arrived the place was bustling and we had to wait about 10 to 20 minutes for a table.
The family always enjoys coming to a Red Robin’s and this one was pretty good. The server brought three platter of fries with dip for the table to share. It was great to munch on something while waiting for our mains.
I ordered the Gourmet Cheesburger with coleslaw and my wife had the Sauteed ‘Shroom with yam fries and we shared. My son had his usual mac n cheese and my daughter had a smaller size burger with caesar salad. The food was really good and the family enjoyed multiple orders of sides (unlimited sides included).
Service was a bit slow and we had to flag our server a few times to get things. Atmosphere is quite loud with lots of families but we were still able to have a conversation.
We love Red Robins and will be back whether it’s location or others.

Dear Ontario Red Robbin,
I’ve left you this review in anticipation of my first dinner with you here in a few hours. I have given you 5 stars in hopes that you will meet this expectations. I will come back and edit these stars lower if I must but I do not suspect I will have to. The legend of your endless French fries is far spread, so much so that it has made it’s way into the zeitgeist of my casual sit down restaurant mind. I fully expect there to be no attitude when my wife orders her 5th plate of endless French fries tonight. I cut her off at 5 so that neither of us has to deal with the subsequent fallout of her consuming more. I will see you tonight.

It was such an enjoyable dining experience. From the start, Ingrid seated us and made us feel so welcome. Our server was knowledgeable and the food he suggested was great. I can’t wait to visit again.

Red Robin is a decent place. Food is consistent. Good family atmosphere. A place you can go to after work or an event and get some food to fill you up. They have the sports channels going and the food and drinks flowing. They have some good garlic fries. They have a variety of burgers. Interesting burgers. I see why they have unlimited fries, they fill you up quick.

We had dinner tonight about 9 pm. Our server, Kam, had given us a 10 star service and always happy and making sure we had everything we needed! We also received our food quick with refills from the nice young man who was coming from the kitchen bringing the food FAST! I also commented to the nice manager who I told about our great service! Thank you for the great experience tonight!!!
