Went here for the crispy fries I walked in and there was a man in a Batman costume dancing on the counter. Went to the bathroom and heard a man groaning in the bathroom saw a guy come out turns out it was the guy dancing on the counter mind you he is still wearing the Batman costume. Went in the stall and he dropped a missile on Gotham City. Overall great experience.

They closed the one on 9th in Kalamazoo and figured I would go to this one with the chance. I counted 11 people who walked out after waiting in line for 17 minutes. I know it’s tuff to get good people but look at Culver’s and Chick-fil-A, you are very mismanaged.

don’t recommend they’re chicken wraps, they are really good but only when they are fresh. i ordered 2 of them, and they’re supposed to make fresh chicken. this time they didn’t, it’s hard and dry, the tortilla is rock hard.

12/16/2025 3:00 pm. I went through the Plainwell Wendy’s drive through and ordered a Junior Baconator with extra catsup and tomato, small fries and medium Coke. I received my order and asked for some salt, she gladly gave me two salt packets I pulled into a parking space to put the salt on my sandwich and found they had put extra Mayonnaise on my sandwich. I have an egg white allergy and would NEVER request mayonnaise. I went back to the drive through and explained that I had ordered extra catsup and tomato but they had put mayonnaise and tomato and no catsup. She said they put mayonnaise on all their sandwiches and unless I specifically request no mayonnaise I’d receive mayonnaise. She was not interested in my egg white allergy and I was stuck with the sandwich. Food allergies can be fatal. I threw the burger in the trash (I wished someone would have been walking by to give it to, even a dog could have had it) Down the road I found Culver’s and got the sandwich I ordered. Thanks Plainwell Wendy’s, Culver’s has a new faithful dinner. Wonderful burger and just the way I ordered it.

So this morning 5-6-2025 I had an order to pick up around 7 went to the store and no one was there. Now in general the food is good but the service is horrible I feel like all the people that work there don’t care about customers or there job. There is 1 person he’s covered in tattoos when he is working it doesn’t seem as long of a wait but it’s normal to wait 10 minutes or longer for food even when it’s just Frostys. Do better be better it will make everyone’s lives better!

WENDY YOU DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE!!! MY BIGGIE BAG WAS FULL OF REGRETS, THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME. sadly not returning to this location… let’s get it together. The burger was absolutely disgusting, looked very appetizing but tasted like something I pulled out the trash. :/ not sure what else to say
