3 weeks ago I gave 1 star… because of April ( manager) encouraging me come back…I did. Exceptional service and quality…tasty…. delicious…what I expected from Subway. Fresh and very high quality…made EXACTLY as I ordered. Thank you April and the 2 young men that were working. This was Saturday at almost 2pm….a little wait, but nothing unbearable.( Even my dog wanted a bite! That’s HUGE!!!)

Expected to come inside to order. Ended up leaving without ordering because for whatever reason not one employee could take my order. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waste of time.

This is easily the worst subway in the area we had to continuously repeat ourselves over what we wanted, one employee kept telling the one at the register to ring my wifes sandwich up seperate from mine and my sons despite being corrected and told they are not seperate, the sandwiches where poorly wrapped and all 3 where open (1 not so bad ,2 pretty bad)

How I would LOVE to give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately, all I ever get from eating here is massive food poisoning. I thought the first time at this specific location was just a fluke, then a second time, and now I’m DYING on a toilet begging for the pain and discomfort to end.
Service is great, employee’s are great, atmosphere is great, but the food is poison.

The new subway ladies were very good. They were kind and friendly and attentive. I hadn’t been back in probably 3 to 4 months these 2 women with the brown hair are way better then the previous teenage girls! The rotisserie chicken sub was Great!

This place has crappie service. We order online didn’t receive all of our order. Had to go get the rest of our order because the crew is incapable of getting the order correct first time. The employees are not trained well aren’t able to communicate well with customers. I swear it continues to get worse when we decide to eat from here. I will travel to Rocksprings subway from now own the Lafayette subway has lost our business for good.

I ordered a 6-in tuna fish sub and there wasn’t any tuna fish on the bread. They spread it out into the bread and I asked a girl is this all I get and she said yes. If you get any condiments all you taste is bread and the condiments you don’t taste the tuna fish. I’m done. Jimmy John’s Subs on 20 times better

I ordered the number 15 Turkey Titan, which is double the meat, double the cheese, wheat foot-long. I asked them to make sure the bread was soft. I get home no double meat barely any cheese, and the bread was hard as a rock.. Lafayette, Georgia subway is horrible!!!!!
