Tried calling to place an order from the moment they opened 1030am till 11am. I needed to place an order for my child’s valentines party at school for 1 pm. I usually do online orders but here is no place to put any special instructions online so i tried calling in so that I can ask for double cut on the pizza. I called a total of 7 times some of them were answered but then hung up right away. I finally drove in to the location worker Melissa came to the counter. I asked if their phones worked. She said they did but they were really busy and that i can put an order online. I told her i needed a special request for pizza to be double cut and there was nowhere to put that online and thats why i need to speak to someone. I see previous reviews complaining about the same thing so it’s not the first. Very frustrating that in these times people could care less about customer service. Unless you’re ordering online don’t expect anyone to answer the phone for any reason.

Waited 5 minutes for help while employees were talking so I kindly asked could I order, young lady preceded to keep talking while cutting what appeared to be an onion and said we’ll be right with you. Waited couple more minutes then decided to leave. Terrible work ethics.

Kids love the pretzel crust pizza, I love the pan pizza. Sometimes I get all meat and sometimes I get vegetarian. Call ahead for order to be ready sooner but they don’t always have enough employees to answer all calls. Sometimes you just gotta get down there to order. But it’s probably the best priced pizza in town. Get the Italian cheesy bread with marinara sauce, those things taste great.

Employees can’t hear me because they are wearing AirPods so they keep repeating the same thing over and over.
Want the hot and ready pizza , don’t bother they never have it ready it’s always “that will be 15 minutes “ frustrating when I’m trying to pick up a quick lunch and make it back to work.

I placed my order quickly and was promised within 15 min. It took 10 min. The smell of the pizza was wonderful all the back home. I could not stop thinking about it all the way. I cannot say enough about how your competition (Pizza Hut) frustrated me tonight, but you guys saved the evening for us. Thank you.

I placed an online order for delivery and when I closed out the website it also closed out the page that allowed me to track my order. So I called the store to see if they can help me track it and the shift manager was rude and tells me there was nothing that they could do about it. It was his deliverance that was rude and it seemed like he was trying to rush me off the phone. He needs to work on his customer service skills and they need to update their website so online orders are able to track orders after its been placed. Never again with this place.
