I always see people raving about the east Vancouver location, but my family has never had a bad experience at this location! We decided to come here for Father’s Day and it was pretty quiet. Great service as always. Our dad enjoyed his blue margarita, the onion ring tower was delicious, the Mikes hot honey chicken sandwich was AMAZING, and the peach milkshake had lots of peach chunks in it. Our only complaint is that they need wider boba style straws for their milkshakes!

I usually enjoy Red Robin, but this visit was honestly unacceptable. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and when I bit into it, the chicken was raw in the middle. Not just undercooked—RAW. It was pink, cold, and definitely not safe to eat , mind you after I already took a bite . Serving raw chicken isn’t just a mistake, it’s a serious health risk. For a place that’s supposed to be consistent, this was really disappointing.

I haven’t been here in so long, and it was beyond delicious! Every worker was kind and attentive. Our drinks were brought out quickly, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food either! The parm garlic fries were do delicious! I cannot wait to go back

The food overall was great. My burger fell apart when I picked it up but was still good. Our milkshakes didn’t arrive til 15 minutes after our food and we asked about them numerous times.

Went there at a very busy Friday night, but let me tell you something.. their service was SPECTACULAR!!! Sabrina acknowledged us as soon as we sat down even tho she was finishing her service with other tables. We waited a little bit longer than usual for our burger but Sabrina made sure we had fries and waters and she checked on us frequently! I’ll definitely go back to this location!

I went to brunch to celebrate a birthday and we had a good time at Red Robins. Right as we sat down, our server immediately took our drink order and when she came back to give us our drinks we were ready to order our food and she got everyone’s order right which we all appreciated. The food came out in a timely matter and was very delicious. To end our brunch the staff got the other customers attention and started singing Happy Birthday to the birthday girl which made her time at Red Robin well worth it.

I took my son and niece along with my mom this Red Robin. The food along with the service was great. Has for atmosphere it is a family restaurant. I mean they to have a bar and plus you can sit and catch up on a game on the TV . The endless fries are a plus when you’re with kids. The prices aren’t bad they normally have a special going on. And I’d you can sing up fo points.
All in all what was a bad tired evening turned out to be a good night out with my son and niece ❤️ and my mom.

It was Saturday afternoon. Pouring rain. 5 tables being served. Why, oh why was the service sooooo slow??
When we got our pizza and burger, my husband saw that he had about 15 fries. When asked, “can I get you anything else?” My husband replied an order of fries please. She said great. We got the refill on fries when we were done eating and I got my take home box for my leftover pizza. WHY? If you advertise free refills but don’t bring any, does that count? Seriously, 5 tables of customers.

Some friends and I got root beer floats and fries and onion rings. We got free refills on the floats, and bottomless fries. I signed up for the rewards program so the bottomless onion rings were free and we only spent $19 and that included the tip!

The quality of this establishment seems to degenerated over time. Had to take a child to the restroom and it was barely above the level of a gas station. The portion size seems to have decreased over the years, unless you count the steak fries or ‘bottomless’ food options… However you’d likely starve before you saw more than one or two servings beyond a portion served with the entree. This establishment almost felt like a farce that you would find in a cartoon.
I wouldn’t really recommend this place. You could find other burger joints with better serving sizes and less sketchy atmosphere.
There’s a large caricature of a robin giving a thumbs up near the front of the establishment. The paint is entirely worn away on the thumb itself. The low quality lets me imagine that the thumb is not being entered into some place wholesome, and so at least I got a good chuckle out of it.
