I ordered several items and found this restaurant to be really low quality. Their promotional chicken burger was dry, flavorless, and really tiny. Their beef burger lacked any flavor or sauce. McDonald’s is way better than this place, don’t come here.

First time trying Shake Shack due to the free chicken sandwich promotion. People rave about how great it is. I found it okay, not bad but not great, hence the average rating for the food. However, the reason for the 1 star rating is because we ordered inside at the kiosk. We even had the manager help us with the promotion offer. We selected to have it made Togo and were given a order number stand to put on our table while we waited for our food.
After 17 minutes of waiting and seeing the few (2-3) customers after us get their orders and eat or leave, I decided to ask if there was an error with our order. One of the 7-8 employees who were just standing around because the mall and as a result, Shake Shack, were almost completely empty had to go look at past orders since it had been so long.
He tells us, oh, it’s been sitting over there and points to the counter. I check my food and it’s cold. I ask if they are supposed to bring the food to us if we order in the store and we wait at the table. He said yes, they are supposed to bring it to you.
At this point I was now late to my next Christmas shopping stop and had to take my food cold. They did not offer to remake the food or offer any help. In my opinion, this falls way short of what you expect for customer service.
I do not recommend this location if you want to have warm food in a timely manner. If you want cold food that sits out for almost 20 minutes, while the employees look at you and don’t care to ask why you are still sitting at a table with no food even though you have an order number, then have at it

Great food, great hosts, amazing vibe and awesome food is what best describes Shake shack. They don’t serve Halal meat and they had mentioned that though I saw it on google search and found out that the meat was Halal ( and didn’t delve deeper into that . It was only for certain countries outside USA) and ended up eating the chicken burger as a mistake though it all being completely an error on my side.
Ordering was a breeze with the self checkout kiosks making the process extremely seamless. Weekend lines can be longer but we got lucky and as soon as we stepped in we were able to place the order and got a table as well in the next few minutes.
Coming to the burgers they were very well made and just the right size to not overwhelm you and neither leave you with hunger pangs. Tasty, juicy and just the right combination of ingredients does the trick.
We would definitely come back though the next time it would be for the fries and the mushroom burger 🙂

It’s very busy during the weekend. Fries were good but the cheeseburger was dry and has no sauce unlike the burger at In N Out. Still good but I prefer In N Out. Didn’t finish the whole thing even though it’s smaller than In N Out. There was no place to sit in so we just had take out and ate somewhere else instead.

Beyond my expectations. The fries were perfect and crispy even when they were cooling down. The blossom (limited) shake was not too sweet and not too strong with the cherry flavor. And the burger just melted in my mouth. Medium done, juicy, and that perfect warm where it’s not burning hot but not a mediocre warm.

I’m glad that they finally have a dining area in the restaurant. The last time I went, we only had to order online. From the inside, it’s hard to find available seats, which is why I waited a bit long to get seats.
The food is good. I like how everything about the burger is soft, but feels a bit overpriced based on its small size. The fries as well, and has a bit too much salt. This is pretty much what I ordered today and also the last time I went, but I should try other options.
