Just off the Chinatown Station of the 1 Line a joint that serves Taiwanese cuisine. Similar to Din Tai Fung. The Xiaolong Bao were pretty juicy. Try their pan fried pork buns too and the beef pot stickers. They are the bomb. The beef noodle soup is pretty rich and spicy. The beef are cut into small cubes making it easy to eat but difficult to use chopsticks on. Not much staff and the place can be a bit noisy. Not quite as good as Din Tai Fung but pretty close up there.

A great stop off, especially before heading out to other plans! Very clean and perfect comfort food on a rainy day. The bathroom is a little bit of a walk and a code is needed, but it’s shared with other businesses in the building. The food was quick amd tasty and very filling, especially for the price point – I look forward to coming back.

Stopped by during my stay in Seattle and I’m so glad we chose this place for lunch before we left. Everything we ordered was so fresh and delicious. Soup dumplings were so flavourful. Cucumbers were so crunchy and refreshing.

Really reasonably priced (USD) compared to the other restaurants nearby, but as the CAD is awful.. it was not great for my wallet. Would definitely come again

Looking for a quick dinner, so we visited the location in Chinatown Seattle looking to enjoy some dim sum.

We had beef noodles, soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings and pork buns. All the food came out quick and fresh. Fairly priced and service was average, but quick.

If you want some good quick dim sum, this is your spot if in the area. I will visit again.

The dining is clean, the food comes out fast and hot. The soup has a natural sweetness from simmered meat, not overly sweet everything is perfect

This haa been on my wishlist forever, and I finally went there last week—safe to say, I fell hard for this place. It totally lived up to the hype! I started with the sweet & sour cucumber and honestly… no words. It was so refreshing, tangy, and flavorful—definitely something I’ll reorder every time.

Then came the shrimp zucchini dumplings, and these were the real showstoppers. They were not only fresh and delicious, but also had soup inside! I had so much fun biting gently, sipping the warm broth, and then eating the dumpling. That whole experience was just chef’s kiss.

Now let me share a tip: they serve grated ginger for dipping, and I made my own little magic sauce by mixing equal parts soy sauce and vinegar, added in some chili oil and the ginger. Dipped those dumplings in it—and I swear, I was in heaven!

I loved the place so much that I went to two different locations on back-to-back days (yes, it’s that good). On one day, I got the veggie spicy mala noodles, and on the next, I tried the dan dan noodles. Both were tasty and had great texture and heat, but I did notice a bit of a tingly, lingering aftertaste on my tongue. Not sure if it was the Szechuan pepper or chili oil, but it didn’t bother me enough to stop eating.

Overall, the food was fresh, flavorful, and comforting, the vibe was casual but clean, and service was quick at both locations. Dough Zone has definitely become one of my top favorite spots, and I already can’t wait to go back in a few days. If you haven’t been yet—go. You’ll thank me later.

I’ve been curious about the place for a while and figured i’d give it a try. The pumpkin dumplings looked new and compelling and its what drew me in!

I hope it was just an off day but seeing everyone elses plates on the way as i was sat gave me a bad feeling which was then validated when my food arrived. I wasn’t just served food that was not worth the price but it reminded me of reheated frozen food I make at my own home when i’m feeling lazy. The meat the dumplings had was such a small portion that I’m surprised anyone who is an adult can eat that and be satisfied. It was seriously not worth the price point what so ever.

I didn’t just order the pumpkin dumplings but the food I came for was so underwhelming I was genuinely disappointed for even giving it faith. Biting into the pumpkin dumplings was like a spoonful of just pumpkin puree. No additional spicesor flavor could be tasted and the portion was so small that I literally left hungry after spending nearly 30 dollars.

It really screamed gentrified dumpling place lol.
