Staff is exceptional . Food is amazing and the bathrooms are super clean. I parked my vintage Rv here for a few nights. Never had a concern about safety and the dumpster was accessible for my garbage. Grest spot to park an RV and also had free Wi-Fi. Must stop if you are passing through Panama City Florida. Jolee,my waitress, went above and beyond with her service and knowledge of sites to see. Thanks again Cracker Barrel for staying true to your roots and making it a convenient and gauranteed perfect stop every time. HAPPY NEW YEAR CRACKER BARREL and your staff!

Awful experience. Terrible food, terrible service. My wife and I visited this Cracker Barrel on a weekday and it was not very busy or crowded at all. We ordered our food and after 30 +/- minutes the waiter came up and says that they do not have one of the meals prepared because they did not have chicken ready for the chicken and dumplings, and that it would take maybe another 10-15 minutes. I said ok, we’ll wait. Another 15 +/- minutes pass and the waiter comes back to say that they would ‘not have it prepared in any time soon, and that I could order something else instead. I tried ordering something simple like pancakes, eggs over hard, and bacon. Another 20 minutes or so pass and we decided that we were going to leave because it was taking so long. We sat down for our meal at 1:30 and by 2:30, we still had no food. I got up to tell the hostess, because our waiter was no where to be found. There had been 3 or 4 other tables that came in after we sat down and they got their food right away, and were eating while we continued to wait. As I went back to the table, the food is then rushed out. My wife had chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and okra. It was atrocious. The Okra was as hard as marbles, and were cold. The country fried steak and mashed potatoes were cold too. My wife said that it seemed like her food just sat out while waiting for them to make my meal. I had ordered simple pancakes, eggs over hard and bacon. My pancakes were dried out, the over hard eggs were undercooked and runny and the bacon was undercooked as well. Because we were hungry, we ate it but it was a big mistake as I ended up getting sick later that afternoon. The food was awful, the service was incredibly slow and inept. All in all, this was by far the worst experience we ever had at a Cracker Barrel and it is doubtful that we will ever go back. I contacted Cracker Barrel Customer Care and they offered me some sort of coupon for another visit (which we never got), but frankly, the ought not bother because it is very doubtful that we will ever visit this restaurant again anytime soon.

Our waitress Victoria was so kind, polite, charismatic and professional. I would love for her to be my server every time I came to eat, but I would even love for the restaurant to be open 24 hours.

Did not eat but purchased beautiful jewelry in the front gift store. Very user friendly for my Sprinter campervan. Thank you. Love your establishment.

Server was great and food was really good compared to past experiences at this store. Took a little while to get our food but worth the wait. I do miss the old “country feel” to the menu descriptions and the restaurant decor. Looks like they’ve tried to “modernize” it some. Just a note, maybe some things don’t need modernization.

I eas there after working a farmers market. It was HOT, and we needed hydration. One of the guests in our party was in her 80s and would have worked circles around these people. In spite of explaining to multiple wait staff, we still went 35 min without service. The “we’re busy” excuse was used, and that’s difficult to accept in a half empty restaurant. Glasses were left empty multiple times. The food looked beautiful but was terrible and cold. In the picture, when the food came out, there was a literal tablespoon of cold hashbrown casserole slapped on the plate. When we requested condiments, they were never brought. I didn’t eat any of the food as it was cold, and the first bite I took tasted awful. I waited 3 days to make this review because, frankly, I was angry at the entire expireance. None the less, this was our experience.

Our server was wonderful! She was so kind! She noticed my 18 month old daughter was getting restless and she brought out a couple biscuits for her very quickly without us having to ask. The biscuits were on the table before we even ordered our drinks which made the whole ording process go smoothly. She was absolutely wonderful!
Our food was a little unusual for what I’m used to from our Cracker Barrel back home. 3 people at our table ordered breakfast platters that came with biscuits and gravy. Instead of each of us receiving a separate order they brought out one big basket with biscuits and a single bowl of gravy for us to split. I didn’t mind the shared basket of biscuits but the shared bowl of gravy didn’t seem like enough gravy for all three orders. It was just unusual. Otherwise everything else was wonderful!

We went to Cracker Barrel thinking we would have a nice supper when we walked in the hostess told us it would be a 20 minute wait for a table which we agreed to and stated we would walk around. We finally was seated at 6:44 and our order was taken at 6:50 we sat and waited and watched everyone around us receive their food even the ones that came in after us. Finally at 8:06 we received our food as we were getting up to leave. The food came and it was awful. The chicken and dumplings was cold, the tomatoes on the salad was soft, the broccoli was hard as a rock and just all around not good. Our server only came to our table twice and that was to take our order and bring our food out. Completely unacceptable! I would not recommend this place to anyone. When asked at the counter how our dining experience was we told the young lady it was horrible and she asked why and if we wanted to speak with a manager. When we told her we didn’t need the manager we wanted to pay for our food and leave. She stayed I apologize the kitchen was backed up.
Will not be back!

I had reservation about visiting cracker barrel due to the recent news they were changing everything that represented cracker barrel. This one hasn’t been affected by the woke, yet. The food was as you would expect. Service was 5 star, freindly and welcoming. I had the Nashville chicken. 2 out of 5 spicy. Was a bit salty due to the sauce, but was quite tasty. The grits on the other hand wasn’t really grits, maybe grit soup with chunkys of gritballs? If you don’t eat grits, then you wont make them right. They were good nonetheless. A place to go for your comfort food.
