Whew! This McDonald’s is freezing cold! Lol. Anthony, one of the employees, explained that they have the thermostat set extremely low because the kitchen is HOT! I completely understand this. Me and my dad were on a road trip back to Atlanta and wanted to dine inside, but we couldn’t because of how cold it was on the inside.
But anyways, Anthony, who served us, was kind. I asked him for military discount to which he replied that they don’t offer that, but he still gave me 25% off my #9 combo. My fries needed more salt, so as a result, I had to drown my fries in ketchup. If it weren’t for this, I would have given this established 4 stars.
It’s so convenient for travelers that they’re open 24 hours — which is why me and my dad made the stop here.
One suggestion that this establishment should fix is that a portion of their roof leaks water onto the ground, right outside of the door where the entrance is. A huge puddle formed. They should fix it before they get a lawsuit on their hands from someone slipping and falling.

We stopped for breakfast on our way north from Orlando and had a great experience. It is a newer location and was in great shape. The food and service was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast. It is easy access from the freeway and we were back on the road quickly! We will be back!

WOW. Best McDonalds I have ever her. To. I thought the only Super Sweet thing McDonalds has was their sweet tea. But nope…. The SWEET young lady that greeted us as soon as we came in, made our day. She came up and asked if we needed any help with the kiosk. If we had any questions with the food. Told us to have an amazing day when we left. Best McDonald’s, ever because of her.. Also. Super fast service and fresh hot food.

Cannot express enough how insanely kind and courteous the employees at this McDonald’s were! Every staff member was incredibly attentive, incredibly kind and did not hesitate for a second to help customers order or tend to their needs. I have to imagine this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’m so surprised that I had to leave a review . Highly recommend this McDonald’s and I’m not even a fan of the food but for service alone go support these people

They make you go through drive thru and sit in the waiting area like 30 min and they don’t even know who’s order is who’s. Maybe keep everyone in line if you can’t keep up. They make the drive thru numbers look good and the rest of it is straight trash service. And tell your employees that it’s okay to smile and be nice. I think they don’t know.

Not a good experience at this McDonald’s. The drive-thru moved slowly, and when I finally got my order the fries were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting for a while. The burger was sloppy and barely warm, and my drink was missing the straw/napkins. Inside looked messy with tables not wiped down, and the trash was getting full. Staff didn’t seem rude, just overwhelmed and not very organized. I won’t be back to this location.

I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s for over 10 years, but the service has become subpar.
When we got to the window to pay, the associate just looked at us as if we shouldn’t be there. We actually had to ask for the total price since one wasn’t provided at the kiosk when we ordered. It was a very awkward and unwelcoming interaction.
The only upside was that the food was fresh. We ordered a cheeseburger value meal and a kid’s Happy Meal, and both were hot. However, good food doesn’t make up for the poor attitude at the window.

I ordered my breakfast meal on my break around 830 am and had to rush back to work so I trusted that they had my food correct. Well.. they didn’t, I asked for a steak egg and cheese biscuit meal, they gave me bacon egg and cheese and the biscuit was super hard and I definitely was not eating it. I called to let them know so maybe they would fix it around lunch time , in time for my next break, they said the only way I could get a refund is if I brought the food back to them. No other offer to make this inconvenience better. The management or person speaking on the phone was short tempered and rude, as if I were inconveniencing her. Do better McDonald’s.

32 minutes in a drive-through. For two burgers and fries. And by the time I got my food, it was ice cold. It was just sitting on the counter the whole time. Why did it take so long to run through all these cars when the food was ready. At the very least, you should’ve left it under some sort of heat lamp instead of out on the counter to get cold. This place either needs to hire more people or hire competent people. Because this is ridiculous and it’s not the first time I’ve had a similar issue. But it will be the last.
