If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Past 3 times I’ve come through the fries aren’t cooked. Today I paid extra for cheese on my burger, was the only car in line. Received no cheese and floppy fries.

Absolutely horrible.
Was told at drive-thru they could only take my order inside. Went inside and the lady taking my order really struggled to do so. Placed my order to go.
Received my way, way, way overcooked fish sandwich which was then haphazardly thrown together.
Ordered honey mustard wraps…got wraps with globs of yellow mustard squirted in them with chicken that was cooked to a blackened state.
Told by one employee they were switching Coke Zero tank for fountain. Waited for way too long (but still not as long as the man that was already waiting when I got there.) only to then be told by a different employee when we asked how much longer it would be that they were out of Coke Zero.
Fries were apparently cooked in old oil as they had a terrible taste.
Unfortunately we had gotten our order to go and did not discover the problems until we were back on the road. We just had to throw it all away.
Will definitely not go back to this location!!

Food was just ok. Lady working the drive thru was rude over the speaker. When we were at the window she didn’t speak to us other than saying the total. She was on her personal cell phone that was loudly on speaker phone yelling about very personal information. Absolutely ridiculous

Top heavy Manager looked dead at my girlfriend, son and I after we stood there for ten minutes in line and didn’t even get a “Hi, I’ll be with you in just a second” no.. she stared at my son and I, then turned around and proceeded to bag up somebody else’s order, ignoring us…. needless to say we left after that

Breakfast crescent is pretty good for a quick morning meal.

Sent my daughter to pick up lunch through the drive-thru. Was getting two original chicken sandwiches since it was 2 for $5. She was charged $12.03. When I called the store, the lady told me the sign clearly says you have to ask for the special. For $7.03 and very deceitful practices, this restaurant will NEVER see business from me again. I hope it was worth it!
And, she had the gall to say “Have a blessed day”. I don’t think that kind of a rip-off is practiced in my religion.

The young lady that took my order was polite and efficient. HOWEVER, my food was NOT correct!!! I was charged for cheese and tomatoes and didn’t get either on my fish sandwiches and I asked for no pickles, but there were pickles on both sandwiches… And I had to pull over and wait for food that wasn’t made correctly!!! Doesn’t the sandwich make wear a headset so they can hear the order AND don’t they have a screen to read with the order on it… Ijs, BK Eastgate, y’all need to do better!!!

Walking into an empty restaurant during lunch on a weekend should have been a clue for me to leave. The floor was sticky all over the dining room. I ordered a whopper jr and it was cold the bun meat everything along with my husband’s order. Then trying to eat it I realized that there are pieces of the grill stuck to my burger. It tasted like metal and was crunchy fragments. I over hear the staff say oh no what is in this burger I keep getting burnt pieces on the burgers. Two women comment to one another I don’t know and go about making more burgers to serve like this.I’m also confident that the some of the staff was under the influence of something considering they could hold or comprehend a conversation.
