I am sort of a BBQ snob. I would not recommend this restaurant for barbecue. The brisket was very dry and the burnt ends could’ve used a better flavor. However, the truffle fries were wonderful. They were also just as good heat it up. I would go back to this restaurant again just for those truffle fries. The mac & cheese has peppers in them, but it’s actually pretty good. Other people of dinner enjoyed their meals, but I would try something else other BBQ.

Great Sports Bar (didn’t realize it Denver Broncos hotspot!) We split a Choice Meat Platter with Brisket & Ribs. I thought both had great flavor, but were overcooked & dry. We also ordered the Pot Roast & Monsoon Pizza to go. The main & drink menus are impressive. I will be back to try more…just not on game day.

Kylie is always so accommodating and smiling she makes you feel welcomed. Kira is my favorite server she always gives the best recommendations and has me hooked on the pot roast dinner here! The customer service is top notch! The atmosphere is great, the DJ bingo is fun and the food is amazing and well priced. Highly recommended Bonfire in Surprise!

We have mixed opinions regarding the food we were served. We had burnt tips which were well sauced, some were very chewy somewhere easy to eat. We also had brisket, my intention was to see if this brisket solved the problem of dry tasting meat, or would it be new and different experiencrte.tt The meat was very tender and nicely smoked but predictably dry. Service was spread very thin, one server covering top many people, the server tried to visit as often as possible. The pizza crust promised more than it could deliver, lacked flavor, seemed to need another pinch of salt or more proof time

First time here, had to wait a bit because of a Nebraska game but it was a great atmosphere and worth it! Hannah did s great job serving during a busy time, food was awesome and quick, drinks good and strong! We can’t wait to return. Pics don’t do justice because it was dark inside but pizzas are not individual!

First time there. We were seated in back with limited view of tv. Watching football. The appetizer plate was huge! Our server was very good, taking the time to explain the pizza options. Our pizza was good, but a little more charred on bottom than we like. Toppings were good. I think we will be back

My wife & I were meeting up with friends here. The food was pretty good, typical bar food, nothing extravagant, kinda a bit over priced for bar food but tasted very good. Most likely will not go back as it was not a truly memorable meal. Not saying the food is bad just I don’t usually eat at a bar but we were meeting friends there so we went. If you are into bar food then this is a great choice.

Love the Burnt Ends and the Verde pizza. Didn’t care too much for the ” Best Pizza in America”.
Overall, enjoyed both visits to this restaurant.
We went back a 3rd time to have one last pork and green chilis pizza prior to leaving the area: completely Different from prior order! Kitchen staff need to measure what they put on pizzas. The variation in ingredient quantities resulted in a dish Completely different from our prior visit:o(
