If we’ve been in one we’ve been in the mall this one’s up with the best of them though. The atmosphere and service was what to be expected for the amount of people that were there but there was no disappointment. Look like a good staff everybody was polite to customers food was served very quickly. Everything was hot and tasted good and there was a cleanliness to it so the machines looked great the soda tasted great. It’s one I would continue to go to

The McDonald’s on 287 and Walnut Creek is always clean and the staff are always professional. I think that is because their staff is a bit older and more seasoned than other locations in Mansfield. What I like most is when I order my food is always hot and fresh. I wish they could do better with the parking there, but other than that… can’t go wrong here.

Every day at 11pm I take my lunchbreak and come to this location on more than a few occasions. My order will be wrong today. Specifically. I ordered a mcdouble and a medium drink. The burger was wrong, so I had to turn around off the service road in order to correct the mistake, mind you. I practically took a bite almost before returning it. After getting there to get my correct burger, the manager and worker handling the food refused to give it to me unless I gave them the one I already had. Even after I showed them what it had looked like, from my understanding, you shouldn’t hand them food through the window. It’s unsanitary and unnecessary. They got it wrong. I have my receipt. That’s all they should need. I hope they correct the way they handle these kinds of interactions, or I won’t be coming back.

I came here and my coffee was sitting there the cups not filled there service sucks no atmosphere and they take there sweet time . If I work there I would not provide that service

Im the only person in the dining room. I count 10 employees, I think. Hard to tell since several girls in the back are wearing pajamas. Ordered on mobile and chose table service. Instead of bringing it to my table, they just shouted the table number. I waited and they started shouting my name. I made eye contact and they started pointing at my food on the counter. Fire them and replace them with machines.

This location is the worst. I preferred a diet Dr pepper, they ring it up as a diet Coke. I corrected them at the first window that you pay. I then went to the second window to pick it up. I asked if it was a diet Dr pepper since it was ring up wrong. They said yes it was diet Dr pepper. They were busy so I drove of. That was a mistake. When I took a drink it was diet coke. Managers need to spend more time training on customer service. Since it is obvious the workers do not care.

Food wasn’t Hot. Our chicken sandwich was Spicy and we specifically asked for non-spicy. They didn’t include our sauces that we ordered so we had to tap on the window and ask for them. Always something at this McDonald’s.

It’s mcdonalds. The only variation you are going to have is the service quirks each location has. For this one, they remember to actually put the sauce in the bag *maybe* 25% of the time.

Workers there are very rude including the manager named “Marcella” she gives snobby and rude looks to customers. Not to mention blaming the customer for the kiosk machine for taking his $. Stating that if the drawer was short she would ban him for it. Another customer actually tried paying extra money saying it wasn’t right for how he was being treated. I wouldn’t recommend paying at the kiosk seeing that the manager can’t even pull up what was paid just in case it messes up
