Polite staff … Restaurant very clean … food was good! Got the Chicken Chalupa box (thought was on sale, but it ended, so $9.99). Comes with a drink, but I don’t drink soda, but they said they had ice tea. Trouble was … no unsweetened ice tea. Overall experience was very good.

Over 45m wait time in the drive-thru, finally reach the window and the female workers are just chatting leaning on the equipment while only 2 male workers are appearing to run the entire kitchen, only 3 cars in the dining room and maybe 5 cars in the drive-thru across the 45m i waited. My food turned out to be just thrown together with no sauce in my food but a small tiddly wink on a corner and barely and chicken or even cheese in the quesadillas, paid 7$ for the cantina quesadilla and it resembles more of a tortilla than a quesadilla? No sauce anywhere and barely any meats in anything. 45m wait. -32$. And now just pissed about wasting 2 hours worth of pay on this.

I have no words. What a total fail
We got absolutely nothing we ordered and due to the bad weather refused to go back out. Yeah. No chalupa here or 4 ct chicken soft taco and no nacho bellgrande. $29.00 later nothing we ordered. We don’t eat out much but when we do it would be nice to get what you ordered and paid for. Hope someone is enjoying our meal, cause what they ordered was not that great. I was really wanting my chalupa, and my husband his favorite chicken cantina.Do better. It’s not rocket science it’s fast food. Read, confirm the order. It’s not hard. Most if us all worked fast food back in the days when it was not that simple. Take a clue from McDonald’s, when providing the order, confirm the order and look in the damn bag to confirm what you are giving the customers are correct. It’s simple. Might be an extra step, but you are in the customer service business.
If the people are not happy, and don’t return, you know why.

I felt rushed as the person whom took my order appeared frustrated with my inquires. I was ordering lunch for myself and 8 other coworkers. I wanted some add on but she seem annoyed with my ordering so I and my coworkers felt cheated out of the fulfillment of a satisfying meal.

So I’m inside I sat down and didn’t say anything about the syrup missing from the Starry. So I was like hey your syrup is out of your Starry. And all anybody kept saying was yeah we’re out of starry. So instead of providing customer service like not talking over the customer when she’s asking how come there isn’t a note saying that it’s out of order on the button or how come I wasn’t told about it when I took my cup to the fountain because I ordered the drink through the self-checkout. No No one behind that counter could do that. And all I had to do was just listen. I don’t have patience for it. At all I would not recommend this location if every other place in this town was lit on fire

UPDATE: You guys were doing an excellent job. It seems the staff changed. Most are super friendly and kind especially working the window. However. Can you explain white your jalapeño Nacho fries look like this for $5? I have attached a photo of what is advertised and what I was given. I could have spent less and gotten more if I ordered just an order of fries and jalapeños….
Taco Bell, I understand you hire who you can but can you at least put a person at the drive through window who is nice or at least speaks. This is the third time in a row that I have gone through this drive through where the employee will not say a word to me. At the end where she hands me my bag and I ask her if that was all she still continues to stare. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt of maybe she was mute or hard for her to talk but when she can yell and speak loudly to all the other employees it’s just plain out rude. It’s 2023 do better.

The service is terrible and they say they are opened until 1 am but usually closed, when you do catch them opened they are out of everything and not very professional at all. Living in the area with this being the only restaurant opened at night it really is an inconvenience and it says on their website they are opened when they’re not. I recommend calling them before traveling there. So, I went back tonight and they we’re so much better, the food is amazing and customer service was awesome so I will definitely give them a , That was better Taco bell !!!

Used to like it but it’s gone downhill, 9:00 on Saturday night we went through the drive thru and were completely ignored. Pulled up to the window to try and order, they completely ignored us again and even looked at us. One of the employees was wearing her headphones not paying any attention! Super disappointed!
