This McDonalds is consistently the absolutely worst when it comes to wait lines on anything but the drive through (even the drive thru is long). I mainly come here for breakfast.

Don’t ever do curbside. You’ll be lucky to get your food. Ever. I have to walk in every single time.

There is always a line waiting for their food inside the restaurant. So if you drive to do counter service, you’ll also wait. You can hear people constantly saying they have been waiting forever.

It seems like drive thru is the only priority.

I have no idea if this place is just always short staffed or what but they need to get their act together and I’m guessing it’s mainly management issue. The poor employees just look like they are in a whirlwind.

Me and girlfriend went to get food, a McNugget Meal for her, a Qtr Pounder meal for me. When we got to the food window the cashier told us to pull around and park in the front. Now that’s fine I don’t mind, but we waited for 15 minutes, 4 people that were behind us got their food first. Somebody who had just gotten into the drive through and ordered AFTER us got their food before us as well. And each time the guy came out to give food to the people behind us, he would say each time. “I’ll get yours right out for you.” But clearly not. So I went inside and asked where me and my girlfriend’s food was. It was sitting on their warmer. After they handed it to me I checked to be sure everything was in the bag and I noticed that our food was hot. I’m not going to complain about the fact that my food was fresh. I’m going to complain about the fact that, if my order that I had ordered 15 minutes ago was fresh and hot, that means that FIVE people behind me, WHO ORDERED AFTER ME, had their food cooked and taken out to them BEFORE my food that I had ordered FIFTEEN minutes ago was just barely cooked. Oh and on top of that they forgot our straws and didn’t have any honey. Now I know drive through times are important but they are not worth sacrificing patronage from a customer. Do better.

Waited for half an hour in curbside pickup before someone came out with the wrong order. Waited 20 minutes more and left with my money. Eat somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

PS. Went in for a refund and saw my order just sitting there. A manger told me that the crew member that went out told her I wasn’t there. Hire better people.

Went through drive through with only 4 cars ahead of us. Sat at the speaker waiting for someone to take our order. Took 3 minutes and all but one car was left. Ordered 6pc nuggets and small fries. It took them 20min to give the car in front of us their single happy meal. We finally pull up and our bag of food was just sitting there waiting for who knows how long. Fries were cold and so were the nuggets. 23 minutes to get cold food. Never coming back to this location. Horrendous service. Kids working there were all smiles cracking jokes. Avoid this McDonald’s, not worth the time or money. Food will be awful and cold! 4 other bags sitting next to ours at the cold air of the drive through window for the people behind us. Almost as though they did every order after the happy meal then did the happy meal, making our food sit and get cold.

I am very understanding and patient.. but I waited for 45+ minutes in a drive thru, to get only 3 items, which also cost me over $10… and yet it still seems impossible to get the correct sauces in the bag. This is also not the first time, this location has made a mistake.. so I can confidently say, this is the worst Mcdonald’s location I have ever been to, and I would rather drive 10-15 minutes out just to get food, from this establishment again in the future. I’m not sure what needs to change here at 91st and Olive, but this will be the last time I visit this location.

Update, I waited for an hour. Tried calling a few times before they answered. Was told I can’t get a refund. That’s ok keep it. I’m done
Update the link doesn’t work they sent me. I went to the app to see if there’s a way to there for me to complain but nope. They want the receipt number which I don’t have because I never got a receipt. The store location doesn’t show up on the app. Don’t waste your time at this place people! Apparently you can’t get your money back or find anyone to help

Unfortunately it has been really crappy the past couple of times that I have gone here. Tonight I went to order food and I use the kiosk cuz that’s what you make. They make you do that over here and I went up to the desk and told the worker if I could please get it hot. I wanted it fresh. I wanted it hot. They did not do that. I had to get it redone and it still wasn’t hot but I had had too long of a night to deal with it. I was there with my kid. Her meal was cold as well. Honestly, don’t waste your money here. There’s a Jack In The box across the street. It’s healthier for you. It’s better and it’ll be hot

Very poor service, took a long time to deliver the order. I waited 20 minutes for four Happy Meals. They ask permission for us to move our car to the front to wait right after we paid and already had 3 cars waiting and what’s worse was the drive thru had no one waiting. So they clearly don’t put any effort into their work.

Had an amazing experience here. As a travel baseball coach feeding 10 athletes quickly and efficiently can be a challenge at times. Katrina and her team rose to the task. In and out in 35 minutes and ready for our 7:30 AM game.
