Self-Protection Sifu
I’ve been here a few times in the past few years, but this review is for a recent pick-up order, which was solid. The order was accurate, the food was good, and I had no complaints.
The Food:
I ordered a steak quesadilla for pick-up through the app, and apparently that’s the only way to get one. Kinda odd, but I ain’t complaining since the quesadilla was huge, had plenty of gooey cheese, and came with 3 included sides. Is it the best quesadilla ever? No. Was I thoroughly satisfied? Yes!
The Service:
I can’t accurately review the customer service for a dine-in experience, but I can say the one staff member who helped me was great. He saw me looking for my order at the pick-up shelf area and asked for my name. He came back in about 30 seconds. He was friendly and courteous.
The Setting:
This location has a good amount of tables and I would consider it a medium to large size Chipotle — good for parties of 4 to 6 people, though 7 to 10 could possibly push some tables together to make it work. Though I didn’t stay, I did find it clean and well stocked.
The Conclusion:
From a pick-up order perspective, this Chipotle location delivered as promised while the food was solid. Is it the best Latino food ever? Hardly. But for a chain, it has its online orders down.

Laughably small burrito through mobile order. $11 for this?? For reference, the plate that it is on is a small side dish plate. Tried contacting store and couldn’t reach anyone. What a joke and waste of money. Mobile order here skimps me all the time, but this is atrocious.

I’ve been going to this location for almost 5 years, and the portion sizes have become consistently smaller. Bowls now look like half portions, even when ordering the same items.
What’s worse – a second bowl with extra protein was even smaller. This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s a pattern. Prices are up, portions are down, and the value just isn’t there anymore. Very disappointing for a long-time customer.

Every time I come here they forget my salad dressing. I asked twice and had a full bag of food so I guess I should’ve checked. This is why I don’t come here anymore. My salad is dry, thanks. And we spent $50 in food. Never again!

The food is as good as any other chipotle, but it always seems to be struggling. I live around the corner and come often and it’s always understaffed/struggling to wrap burritos well. Usually a long wait because of this as well.

I went in just after opening at 10:30 and the tables were filthy and trash on thr floor. What made it worse was that they cook was in the back chopping up meat and putting down for the kid in the front to eat.
This kid picked it up and started munching down on it and thrn turned and started handling food for the two customers waiting. And never washed his hands or at least put on new gloves.
This place has gone down hill and picked up speed. Now there are only a few Chipotle restaurants left that I will go to.
I just walked out and went to Habit next door where it’s always clean and food and service is always great.
Will never go back to this location.

The food is good and fresh but the staff is not competent at all. Also, their prices have gone up but they have gotten extremely stingy on the meat. It’s hardly a full spoonful and it’s become consistent.

Whenever I go to Chipotle in general I don’t feel like my health increases I feel like it kind of goes sideways it doesn’t get better it doesn’t get worse it just kind of maintain status quo which, if you really have all natural ingredients should not be the case. I actually liked this place for its quickness there’s always a line and it’s certainly an interesting group of people but the actual staff is pretty straightforward and fast and good at what they do it’s pretty small so it’s more of a grab-and-go restaurant.

This location by far wraps their burritos much better than most locations I’ve been to. If you’re a burrito lover, then you know that having a well wrapped burrito is important. I haven’t had a bad experience coming here! Plus, I use the app and have free guacamole every so often.
