I got the sirloin and shrimp combo. The host and waitress were amaizng. It was my birthday. The ice cream was great and on the house. I have my birthday there almost every year. I’m a carnivore and I know it is safe for me to eat there even if I have the allergies that I have. Side note: they also had the building at the perfect temperature, it warmed me up. It was the coldest day.

Five stars, zero regrets, and a very happy stomach. LongHorn Steakhouse absolutely delivers: the steaks are cooked so perfectly they deserve a standing ovation, the sides come out like they’re competing for “Best Supporting Actor,” and the whole place smells like sizzling, beefy happiness.
But let’s be honest—the real reason to go to LongHorn is Loree. Loree isn’t just a server; she’s a LongHorn legend. I enjoyed the food. The steak is juicy and tender. The Caesar salad is very good. I would recommend a ribeye. My only complaint is that the cocktails and drinks don’t get stirred enough so the bottom is warm while the tops are cold. The Moscow mule is also way too sweet doesn’t taste like a Moscow mule

slightly ashamed to say my family & I get this once a week. I lied no shame. anyway I pick it up after work and drive home to Lawrence frequently and I had an issue with the ribeye I got. It is very rare for me to complain but it had happened twice back to back. and I am not one to complain – been in the service industry I get it. But when you spend $35 on a stead and are a frequent customer – anyway. My point is I called the manager and explained the situation, And she handled everything beautifully. Tried to get to the bottom of the problem And listen to me in my perspective on the situation. Rectify the situation. It is very rare when a restaurant takes accountability or at least meets you half way on a problem. Highly recommend and clearly are making things right when necessary

I decided to come with my family for lunch to celebrate my moms birthday. We sat at our table and the waitress never gave her name and didn’t do a greeting in any way. The table ordered water and two kids lemonades and it took 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Keep in mind the restaurant was nearly empty. After getting our drinks, the waitress never did the rounds to ask how we were doing and asked if we needed a drink refill. When she came back to take our order we asked to get side salads and French onion soup. The waitress the asked if we wanted bread and I said yes. Many minutes elapsed and we finally got our bread but the status of our salads and soups were never mentioned. The waitress brought the salad but did not bring 1 of the two soups we order. She never mentioned the other soup at all and I was left wondering if she forgot to take the order for the additional soup or if the kitchen staff was still preparing the soup. We finished eating the bread and stacked the plates near the edge of the table in front of my waitress. She never took the plates. We waited what felt like was an eternity to receive our food and the waitress again did not address the stack of plates. I counted and she did 4 additional passes before she ever addressed the plates. The two steak burgers and the two kids burgers I ordered were dry and lacked any flavor. The rice pilaf was extremely salty. After finishing our food, the waitress never asked if we liked the food, never asked if we wanted dessert. She walked by slid the bill on the table and left. We looked at the bill and noticed she overcharged me for one dish and had to have the manager fix the ticket. The waitress also eventually brought to go boxes and neglected to provide bags at all. I had to catch her on one of her laps around the restaurant to ask for two bags. Overall my experience at this location was very poor. I am shocked at how bad the entire experience was at this location. I have had a great experience at other locations in the area.

Longhorn Steakhouse is where you can get a great steak at a reasonable price. I get the 9oz Flo’s Fillet. It was excellent. I highly recommend visited Longhorn Steakhouse. I’ve picked up several times also and the steak was nice and hot when I got home.
