It has been a few years since I was able to have such an authentic taste in the soup and today, I found that missing piece in your soup. So whatever you are doing different, please keep doing it! The service here is truly top tier! Aaliyah took my order today, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain the menu without ever making me feel rushed. Her attitude was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
It’s rare to come across customer service that stands out this much, but Aaliyah absolutely does. She represents everything great about Chick-fil-A. I hope management recognizes what an asset she is to the team. she made my whole experience better!

I go here for breakfast in the morning because they have a lot of low-calorie options when they actually get the food right it’s not too bad but the Customer Service is some of the worst I have ever seen. They messed up every other order. It seems like and then when you call for Customer Service, it is dismal emotionless and not very helpful at all. I researched their complaint process and basically these are individual franchises so they really don’t care whether or not they take care of the customer when it comes to complaints. They try to throw free food at you and hope that you’ll go away. They don’t understand. The court issue is their customer service is dismal at best. Just want a good product good customer service and to get exactly what I ordered, but they seem to be struggling with this every single time I would not recommend going to this location or the Kitty Hawk location. The Customer Service is completely completely completely not what Chick-fil-A is built on so let me emphasize terrible customer service terrible. Follow through for management avoid this place.

I’m usually not one to complain but it’s hit or miss here. Some employees are patient and sweet and some look like they look miserable with their job. A lady named Giovanna has helped me multiple times and she is rude and always has an attitude. I’ve been to this location so many times and everyone has been kind but this girl should not be working here if her attitude sucks and she’s disrespectful.

The delivery drivers from this location are just awful. They constantly run stops and speed through the neighborhoods. I am tired of seeing this. It would be one thing if it was just a few occurrences but it’s very frequent. Chick-Fil-A should be doing their due diligence in making sure their staff drive safe and follow the law.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never had any issues with any chil fil a locations, but this location seems to always have attitude. I asked Josiah to please fill my clean cup with water. This location has done it before with zero issues, but today the entire staff seems to have attitude. I do not appreciate it, and it feels as if it’s because I am a female of a minority race being half black. It feels as if they are being racist not only to myself, but to my Hispanic husband as well. I will be contacting corporate as well

It’s frustrating when going through the drive thru because there is always something missing. If you don’t get to look before heading home, you are stuck either coming all the back or accepting a reward for all the missed items. If you did get the chance to look before leaving, it takes forever for them to come back to your car to make it correct.
