My online order for 6:45 p.m. was not ready until 8:00 p.m. they forgot my wings, and Buffalo chicken melt. I spent $45, poor girl at the front desk was crying, and the gentleman with beard in the back kitchen seemed to be being very vulgar and condescending towards her… as I went back to pick up my food an hour later, I asked for the garlic dipping sauce that was on the receipt and not in the order, the gentleman with the beard was extremely rude about it saying I should double check when I’m ordering online as it’s not their fault and just stop blaming them. I literally had not said anything except can I please get a garlic sauce. This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had, this location needs serious help, attitude, performance and customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I NEED TO BE CONTACTED FOR A FULL REFUND OR COUPON, as I was missing $23 of my order, and treated awfully in the hut, as were many of the upset customers tonight. Melt was hardly filled, Pizza is incredibly sad looking, cheesy bread was just a giant chunk not even cut, and sad amount of icing on my cinnamon rolls.

We love Pizza Hut in our house. Of all of the pizza chains, it is our favorite. But this location is the most disappointing. Our pizza is consistently undercooked, and it’s just not worth ordering from here. If this location could make some changes, they would have so much more business from us.

Awful customer service. Placed a delivery order at 10:42am for $53.08 (which is wild all on its own for 1 pizza and cheese sticks!!) and someone called at 10:44am and left a voicemail that they were “at capacity” and cancelling my order and offering a credit. Spent the next 20 minutes trying to get through to someone, ended up at a call center waiting to speak to a supervisor. Try the store number again and when they finally answer at the store ask “is this for carry out or delivery”. Proceed to tell them they cancelled my order and I don’t want a credit, I want a refund. The guy says the refund will be processed but can’t explain why he would answer the phone asking if it’s delivery or carry out when the store apparently can’t accept any more orders or why the website would allow for orders to be placed. What a joke! It’s literally Tuesday before lunch rush and they can’t manage an order for 1 pizza and cheese sticks. Now 30 minutes later, I’m out $53 hoping a refund actually processes and no food. Never again!

Nathan gave great service as usual and always gets the food made quick, and the wings were on point, some of my favorite wings ever. Him and Steveo made the perfect ratio of peperoni, sausage, and olives on the original stuffed crust pizza for a late night snack.

An unreliable place to try to get a pizza. Placed an order and one-hour later I went to the store. Was told my pizza was being made. This was effectively a lie. Ended up with no pizza and also no refund.

Do not order a special! They put so much spice on our Nashville Chicken Pizza that it was inedible. Support has been no help. I’ve submitted three requests for contact and have not been contacted by the “upper management” that handles them. Through the app, site, nothing. Horrendous customer service from Pizza Hut, will not be returning to any!
