Me and my fiancé went there for dinner. I believe our server was named Joseph very nice man we walked in. I asked for light ice because I was thirsty and he didn’t even let my water get halfway full very polite. It was a little busy but he was still taking care of our table and his guest around us. He Was very welcoming, and I don’t remember the last time I joined in in a restaurant and had a Server who had genuine conversation. Not only he was taken care of us, but we were talking about the gym and he was still making his rounds to his table and taking care of everyone. Definitely the best dining experience we have had in a long time. And the food was amazing and very affordable!

Probably the best Tex-Mex food around. I highly recommend eating at Gringo’s. Flavorful food. The green salsa has to be the best in Texas so creamy and the flavor is amazing. Everything was absolutely delicious wish I could give higher than five stars. Also, free ice cream for dessert but we were too stuffed to try any.

It had been over 20 years since I had been to this location. I sat at the bar and was greeted by Sheila , she told me about the season al specials, one is the carne guisada, real comfort food . I was surprised how busy is was as it was just a couple of minutes after 11am. I ordered and my food came out hot and was very fresh. Sheila was amazing. She was not only tending the bar, that was full, she was also tending tables around the bar, LOTS of energy. Great service Great food. I look forward to coming back again.

Wife and I stopped in for a late lunch (3PM) early dinner had their Margaritas and they are excellent.
Waitress was exceptionally polite and cordial as she took our orders. Had the CABO chicken salad it was extremely large and my go to when I want a Salad.
Highly recommend this but be hungry an ready to be completely satisfied.

Eating here after driving in from Dallas. Overall had a good experience. It was my second time. Last time was about 6 years ago. Food tasted great. The soft serve ice cream is dairy free. Plating presentation was excellent. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff were great. The vinyl on the chairs could be reupholstered. I would have given it 5 stars except I found a piece of plastic in my enchilada. I would go again though.

This is our top 3 favorite place to visit. We love the place at Deer Park. The customer services is has the highest standards. We love the entire menu but our top 3 are the border sample, shrimp empanadas and the queso loco with ground beef or steak. Whiskey Jamenson with sprite and more.
