I will start by saying the server is a sweetheart. She is so sweet, hyperactive and handles her job alone with no struggle. Multitasking, serving, fixing drinks, and taking orders in a timely manner.
But the reason I’m here is because I tried ordering a kids meal and I was denied. No one asked if the meal was for a child or not. Just simply said “I can’t serve that to you” she tried asking for approval from the boss lady but she turned looked at me and said “No” . I come here at least twice a month, after this visit I probably will be driving a few more miles to Denny’s where I won’t have to worry about them telling me what I can and can not order. And to be clear I have three kids that that meal could have been for. With your selfish ways you lost a loyal customer. Next time at least give your customer the benefit of the doubt and just simply ask “is this for a child” Good day!
**after opening my bag I found that even after paying $14 I was still given a “kids meal portion” being a single mom of four wasting $14 on bs Irritates me. I really want to say more but I’m going to keep it respectful. Don’t waste your money at this store

I totally enjoyed everything here. The music was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. Great job on the cook “Renard”. I had the Cali Roast Turkey Melt with Ovocados etc… Sandwich w/Fries. Our server “Sally” was attentive in the service we recieved. Super friendly & proffesional. Place was immaculate clean.
This location was at the Skyview Plaza at 7693 S. Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, Florida 32809. I cannot wait to return.

Nancy was amazing during our visit to IHOP. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. Our food arrived quickly, our drinks were always refilled, and she had a great attitude that made the experience even better. You can tell she really cares about her customers.

Tanda is AMAZING. She made my family and I feel welcome and genuinely cares about the customers needs and comfort. My Son wanted to point out that she gave us Awesome pancakes!! .. This was our very first visit and we will definitely be back thanks to Tanda and the amazing pancakes.

I was greeted by her as soon as I walked in through the doors and I was seated promptly. She also checked in on me with my coffee and water she made sure I was never empty, going back and forth serving multiple tables. I never waited long and I never felt like ignored.
Food arrived looking delicious, hot, and ready to eat. I will be going back to be served by Tonda!! :))
