Service is good. Waiters are friendly and attentive. Hosts are friendly. Food is just okay at best. Steaks aren’t what they used to be here. Not much flavor and dry. lol. Wouldn’t recommend going here to grab steak. But the apps are pretty good.

Hostess service great. Waitress service perfect. Food for the most part was very good. Husband loved the baked sweet potato and chicken critters. I got a double side salad as my two sides with my sirloin steak and it was very generous and tasty. The sirloin steak however was not good. I ordered it cooked medium and got it done. It was too dry to finish so I took it home to the dog. I didn’t send it back because I didn’t want the wait. It was starting to get busy and the Packer game was on. My husband could see right in the grill area where the guy was grilling the steaks, and he was playing on his phone and not paying attention to the grill. He was wearing gloves, but everyone knows phones can be very germy. Phones should not be allowed by food handlers. The manager stopped by to check in and she did see the overcooked steak and adjusted the bill without being asked. We enjoy this TRH and will continue going there, but I think in the future I’ll stick with the critters.

Recently went back to Texas Roadhouse and had a great experience! We actually ordered a family meal to go and was happy with everything we received. Our food was perfectly cooked and everything was tasty. The waitstaff definitely went beyond to make sure we had everything !

The food is always spot on! Service is impeccable and I always appreciate that. Nothing tastes better than immediate warm rolls with cinnamon butter. The steak is always delicious. Loving the peanuts in a bag gig these days. Nice job Texas Roadhouse. (If looking for cozy, try a different chain as this place is moving!)

I love Texas Roadhouse, I usually have very positive experiences. This visit they were “out” of a few of my favorite items. The waitress was attentive, but forgot to bring us our rolls even when we asked three times and finally went and got them ourselves. My steak was slightly over cooked, but was still tasty and tender. I will definitely be back, and hope for sweet potatoes and rice- haha.

We are frequent customers of this location as it is nearby but I deferentially want to let everyone know not to go there when they first open as they are not staffed properly. They weren’t staffed at all. They tried to cram a table of two along side an extra wide load of six people and four behind us. Worst is people coughing. When asked to be sat a table away they could t accommodate us. Even the person who who is charge said they didn’t have a way to seat us until more staff came in. We were only offered to sit at the bar. But not a bar table. I told her then we would leave and write a review and she obviously didn’t care. It’s not that hard to make that adjustment. The whole restaurant was open and and was 3:20 pm… I should have took pictures. Place is starting to go down.
