I’m honestly baffled by Buffalo Wild Wings at this point. Every time I order, the wings come out almost completely dry — barely a hint of sauce. It’s frustrating because the whole point of ordering wings is the flavor, and somehow they still haven’t figured out how to consistently coat them.
On top of that, the to-go containers are made out of flimsy cardboard that starts falling apart before I even make it home. Sauce (the little that’s there) leaks through, the bottom gets soft, and the whole thing feels cheap and poorly thought out.
I truly don’t understand how a company this big can’t get two basic things right: putting sauce on wings and providing containers that actually hold food.

Group of 9 , nothing crazy ordered . Burgers, chicken strips ,wings. Everyone got served except my pregnant wife and I. We waited about an hour before our food came. Everyone else was done eating. They shared their food with us by the time our food came we weren’t hungry. We got charged for our FREE kids lemonades ontop of it. Here we are 90$ later without touching our food. Server was great , trying her best

Honestly , my margarita took forever to get to me and then when we got the food it was cold and it was like 40 minutes later so definitely unsatisfactory, barely any sauce on the wings… i don’t know if it was the workers or what was going on but it wasn’t even busy. So I honestly don’t get what happened. Service was atrocious

Eaten here online and in-store several times..
They forget alot. Dont online order sauce on the side it will be forgotten, and often online orders are short wings.
In store.. well lets just say the service is lacking..
Me and my wife went today. They argued over who would seat us and the person that did didn’t listen when we asked for a table..
We were the only customers in the restaurant and we waited probably like 7 or 8 minutes until a waitress noticed us. She was kind but forgot items we ordered and didn’t refill any of our drinks until after we were already done..
Also staff was sitting in tge corner at a table with their phones out the whole time.
Also they were arguing near us while we were eating…
Yeah the service here is bare minimum to say it kindly, it would be better to head to a different location.
Hope they can do better in the future but ill be avoiding this location from now on.
Service wasn’t 1 star because at least the waitress was kind even though she forgot ordered items and didn’t refill anything til we were leaving.

Oh boy. From the moment I walked in with my two friends, I knew we were in for a special experience. It took all of 15 minutes to check our IDs prior to sitting, and another 10 minutes for the confused host to make up his mind about the table at which we would be seated.
We then ordered our assortment of fried stuff, and waited. And waited. And then waited some more.
It was at this point, I had my Shutter Island moment where I realized not a single party in the restaurant had any food. Our very nice server walked over and gave us some kind of excuse about the kitchen never receiving our order.
We ordered a second time, and eventually got our food, paid our bill. On the plus side, they did discount some of our bill for the excessive wait. I will not be returning.

Had a great experience, Ava is the sweetest! She gave us the BEST service, was quick answered all of our questions! Made sure everything was just right for us! And never left us with drinks less than half full! 10/10 will absolutely be back just to see her again!! Food was great, the garlic parm wings are my FAVORITE now thanks to her recommendation!!

We recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings with a group of seven. The experience started off on a disappointing note. We were assigned a table we weren’t comfortable with, and when we requested to move to a different spot, despite many open tables around, we were told it wasn’t possible due to our group size. That felt quite unreasonable.
We ordered a variety of traditional wings with sauces like Parmesan Garlic, Thai Curry, Jammin’ Jalapeño, Mango Habanero, Caribbean Jerk , and Chipotle BBQ, and Buffalo dry rubs. We specifically requested the wings to be “extra wet,” but after waiting quite a while, they arrived dry and barely coated in sauce. It was quite underwhelming.
On a positive note, the Parmesan Garlic sauce was good. Definitely worth trying.
Overall, the service and quality didn’t meet our expectations.

I love BWW, however our experience at this particular location was an exception to the rule. They miscounted our wings for each sauce…one had 7 and the other had 13. Also the dry rub wings only had the dry rub on one side of the wings. Very disappointing.

My wife and I ordered wings. Just wings and fries. She ordered the salt and vinegar dry rub. She didn’t get it. I ordered celery, didn’t get them. I ordered 10 wings and received zero blue cheese dressing and my wife ordered 6 wings and she didn’t get any sauces. I am so tired of this location. Don’t go there. Choose McDonald’s. The chicken is just as decent, the price is much better, and the workers arent completely inept at their jobs.

We’ve loooove this BWW, but tonight was such a bad experience that we walked out.
When we arrived, the hostess took our IDs so a manager could verify them. No problem, we understand the policy. The issue was that no one could find the manager anywhere. After several minutes, the hostess came back saying she couldn’t locate him. Another employee joined in, and it became clear that the staff had no idea where their manager even was.
As we stood there not knowing what was going on, we asked if we could at least be seated while they figured it out. Instead of a normal response, the employees looked at each other and asked who should make the call, then one of the employees answers, “Fine, but you can’t order alcohol,” in a rude tone, as if the situation was somehow our fault.
At that point we felt embarrassed that we couldn’t even get seated, we just took our IDs back and left.
It’s disappointing because this has always been our favorite BWW, and we recommend it to friends all the time. Tonight was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and honestly surprising for a location we’ve had such good experiences with in the past.
