We came to Chicks 500 after driving in from Fresno for my son’s soccer game in Sacramento, and it was the perfect spot to celebrate his big win! ⚽️
The food did not disappoint. I ordered the wrap, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, super juicy, perfectly cooked, and incredibly tender. Every bite was full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of their food.
The atmosphere made it even better for celebrating with family. Great food, great vibes, and a great weather and great way to end a winning day. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Can’t believe I’ve never left a review, but I guess that says a lot because here I am on my 4th visit.
Met the owner yesterday morning and it was really nice meeting someone who’s genuinely passionate about the food he serves, even down to small details like the bun.
We usually get Togo and this was the first time we ate here right when the food came out fresh and everything was crispy and well seasoned. We almost forgot about the main course because we kept snacking on the fries.
Our usual order is the Twice as Nice and the Nash Original. For spice level, 200 is our go-to. 300 definitely has more kick and will make your eyes water a bit.
The chicken is consistently crunchy, the bun is soft and fluffy, and I love the addition of coleslaw and pickles in the sandwich. It adds a nice crunch and balances everything out well.
The sauces are also really good.

Andy and his team is great!! Customer service is top notch very friendly. The food was excellent chicken was moist and juicy good portions. The sauce is smooth and creamy no complaints I would be back again and again. We are so glad to stop by today you will not be disappointed the price point is fair and good for the quality and freshness.

The food is also really good! I really liked the jalapeño sauce that they offer! My husband and I came to town for a conference and tried this place the first day, we like it so much we came back the next day before heading back home.

The food here was great and very tasty.
I got #0 that comes with a drink, chicken sandwhich, and fries. The sauces it comes with (house sauce) could use some spice but it was still good. I got spice 200 (medium) and it was expected. I would do 300 next time as I’d like to get a little more heat but if you want a little spice, go with 200.
Atmosphere: It was very clean and spacious. They also have extra seating outside that’s covered.
Service: The service was great and the workers here were very respectful and polite. The owner delivers the food and makes sure you have everything you need. He cares about his customers and loves doing what he’s doing.

Where to begin, the sandwich is amazing there’s a perfect blend of spices from 100 to 500 degrees in hotness and spiciness. I recommend starting off with #1 combo lowest to get a taste for the delicious moist juiciest chicken flavor and the seasoned fries which trust, are different than your regular seasoned fries. They ha e a perfect crunch and soft potatoey inside with a hint of fried seasoning. Also the buns are oh so soft with special sauce coleslaw 2 delicious pickles and best tender seasoned chicken in Sacramento! I’ve bought 3 plates all for myself and ate them all with a delicious Peak sweet tea! And they have that awesome crunch ice that you get from am pm if you know you know, that makes the drinks pop! Give them your business or throw your wallet at them you won’t regret it depending on the heat you’ll be sweating, salivating, and reaching for more then cool down with nice sweet beverage thank me later. Chick 500 degrees is a hit you won’t regret what are you still reading this for get down there now don’t wait! The staff and owner are super friendly as well!

He personally made us our food and gave us items to try free of charge.Overall a 20/10 I have bin referring friends and family to this hidden gem. I drive 2hrs just to hit this spot. Had excellent experience. Stopped here for lunch break for the first time. Tim was so pleasant and explained each position in their menu as for first timer. Small talked with Chick’s owner – very positive and kind person. Pricing are nice, spent 21$ for 2 person’s lunch. Definitely recommend stop here for joyfull and delicious lunch/dinner.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Chick’s 500 ! We had the Twice As Nice and the Cheese Hot Wrap, and both were absolutely delicious. The Twice As Nice was full of flavor and perfectly cooked, while the Cheese Hot Wrap was fresh, cheesy, and had just the right amount of spice.
The portions were generous, the food was served hot, and the quality was excellent. Great taste, great service, and great value. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely great place with fantastic food! Didn’t expect to walk into a bougie place and have a huge plate for only $17. I couldn’t finish all my food but place was awesome, food was great and employees very nice.
