Good ol’ American fare in the neighborhood. We met the new Manager, Miles. I like the fact that he was present and visible and out checking on his customers. We told him about a little snafu, we were having with our drink service and he rectified it right away. We had asked for the six dollar watermelon, margarita and was told they didn’t have the 1800 Tequila for it. A good server would have offered us the well-brand and moved forward. Instead, we were told if we wanted the well-brand it was $11. In my opinion, it’s not my fault that you’re out of your own advertised item stock. Offer a substitution for the same price. I’m not unreasonable and I know we have to give Miles a chance to take hold and see the lay of the land and make improvements. We’ll come back in a few weeks and see how things go, and hopefully I can “up” their stars on service. We came in to try the heavily advertised ultimate trio, but we didn’t get that menu when we sat down and had to ask for it. This was a great big missed opportunity. When you’re doing a nationwide ad campaign, you expect to see that item front and center.
Our food came out hot and delicious. As for the ambiance, it definitely is is rocking that sports bar vibe.

We went on Christmas Eve and probably not going to return. The server we had was extremely nice and understanding, but the DJ, named DJ dirty red, was playing music loudly to the point we couldn’t speak to each other at our booth and blasted a loud blaring noise. We asked an employee if the DJ could turn down the music, she went to go ask, the DJ wouldn’t turn the music down. The booth beside us also said that they couldn’t even hear themselves speak. The food was good except when I found a piece of plastic wrap in my food, we waited for a long time to get it on it even to get our waters. All of the waiters were running around trying to serve everyone, it seems only 4 servers were working, but when we were ordering our server couldn’t hear us because of how loud the music and the bar was. The bar was being extremely loud, I get that they were having fun and all, but they were screaming the whole time we were there. I’ve been to another Applebee’s and had a good experience, this one not so good.

The 2 for $25 menu has good offerings. This restaurant just had a face lift so it is newer looking. The staff were very polite and attentive. The manager walked the floor and spoke to every table. Very uncommon – I can tell why the staff were more polite than you typically see nowadays. Leadership starts from the top.

I had a great time! I came in with a friend, and I’ve got to say—Dee the bartender is incredible. She’s not only highly skilled but also genuinely sweet, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Her ability to multitask is impressive, and her personality shines just as much as her drink-making skills. I’m already planning to come back soon—just to have another one of her amazing drinks.

I dont know if they’re drunk in the kitchen tonight but we ordered Uber from you guys and the steak was frozen in the middle. The coleslaw for wontons were sent in a xsmall ramekin. I use to work for another applebees and im so disgusted. You guys literally sent an xsmall instead of atleast a large ramekin even though it goes in the pint size togo cups like the chicken. The frozen steak my husband had to re-cook. Watch who you’re hiring Fayetteville. Clearly not caring what they’re sending out. 70$ For delivery to not eat. Never again.

BTW you never send limes with the wontons either. ITS LITERALLY SPEC.

Ashley H was our server. We were at table 56. We got there around 11:30 and bless her heart but the service was HORRIBLE!!!! IT TOOK 45 mins to recieve the appetizer and another 45 minutes after that to receive the food. Only for half the order to come out and it was wrong. I watched the bartender buss out her entire section that came in after us before we got our appetizer. The food was NASTY. It tasted burned and no flavor. -10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We started coming back to Applebee’s a few months ago, we thought they’d become a good restaurant again, but that was just a false front. The food was good when it finally came. Our server ignored us, brought our appetizer after our entrée. I asked to speak to the manager who game me attitude, didn’t apologize, and threw the appetizer away. (The table next to us had to ask for part of their meal multiple times, before telling the server to take it off, but got brought an entire entrée to go and had it taken off their bill.) You shouldn’t have to beg for a refill and napkins. This is our last visit.

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. The greeter was not friendly at all. When we walked in, he asked how many people were in our party and then just continued doing whatever he was doing. He grabbed menus and utensils, walked to a table without even asking us to follow him, piled everything on the table, and walked away. There were only about six customers in the entire place, so it’s not like he was busy.

Our waitress took forever. I’m not sure if she was new or just not paying attention, but it took an extremely long time just to get drinks. We asked to speak with a manager, and we were told the manager was “busy.”

We ordered a kids parfait, and they had rotten strawberries buried under the yogurt on purpose. The chicken tenders were hard, the pizza was basically bread with very little sauce or cheese, and the boneless wings had barely any honey BBQ sauce on them.

Overall, the service was terrible, the food was poor quality, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing basic customer service. This was a very disappointing visit.

I took my special needs individuals to lunch to the Applebees in Fayetteville, ga on Friday, the food was great the waitress was good. But when we had to pay and each individual needed their own receipt and change back. Apple bees did not have change or the correct change. Then on top of that the manager said outloud to the waitress I don’t have any more change don’t come and ask me for any more change. I felt that was very unprofessional of her to say in an business and around customers. Please do better
