One of the best burgers I’ve ever had — and the fried chicken was incredible too! No one can beat them in taste, quantity, or quality. Truly the best ever. The fries were outstanding as well.
The fresh-brewed beer and ice cream were amazing, and the location is perfect to chill and relax.
Definitely a must-try spot in Napa Valley! ✨

I visited this Gott’s location on Saturday as a guest for a private catered event sponsored by MINI of Berkeley. We had perfect weather out on the patio, and while I’m a longtime fan of Gott’s Roadside locations around the Bay Area, I was blown away by this experience. The appetizers and buffet service were hot and tasty, and the servers were incredibly friendly and helpful. The most amazing thing to me was this all happened during Gott’s lunch rush on a weekend day with typical long lines of walk-in customers keeping the kitchen staff hopping.
My hat is off in deep respect and appreciation for the management and all staff at this location. Thank you for a memorable catered event at the Oxbow Public Market in Napa!

We were in town for an event and this spot came highly recommended — it did not disappoint! There was virtually no wait, and our food came out hot and fresh. The garlic fries were absolutely amazing, and the burgers were packed with flavor. I’m already looking forward to our next visit so I can finally try those A+ milkshakes everyone keeps raving about!

Stopped at Gotts based on all of the good reviews and recommendations. There was a decent line and the wait was about 20 minutes to order. They did have an way to order some drinks or wine while waiting to order, that was a cool option. Some locals in line made some recommendations on burgers to try. We ordered and waited another 15 minutes for our food and found a table to sit at. There is a nice artificial grass area in the back. When our food was finally served we were hungry and excited. That’s where the visit turned out to be disappointing. Everything was basically cold. We didn’t have time to take things back. Based on the ingredients of the burgers, we thought they would be full of flavor, but everything was pretty bland. So I won’t recommend eating here. We were $58 for two burgers and fries and the elite corn on the cob. Way too much for what we received (that doesn’t count the drinks we had in line, we paid for those separately). The elite corn was the best thing we had.

Above average for being a burger joint. You can tell they use quality ingredients. I had a cheese burger and pumpkin shake, really good. Pretty fast but not too busy when I went through, so not sure how it is during peak times. I will say if you have the time to wait it’s worth it. Nice outdoor seating.

Went here based on the reviews and was not really impressed. It was not busy at all. Food is made fresh, so we didn’t mind waiting. However, when we got our food it was cold. The mustard tasted expired, the burgers were bland. However, the lemonade was very good and the onion rings looked good, but so did the rest of the food. I’d be willing to try another location, but I left craving five guys.

I didn’t know Gott’s was a ‘thing’ until I walked past it and noticed the consistent line out the door. Plus the food looked superb. So of course we had to try it for ourselves. I was very impressed with it. I didn’t order the ‘right’ thing myself but what I did order was great. I ordered the California burger in a lettuce wrap. It was cooked well! We also got a side of sweet potato fries and Brussel sprouts. The sauces they both come with should go on everything!! Someone in our party ordered the ahi tuna burger in a lettuce wrap and man on man. I crave that every day since I have been. I want to go back to Napa to just get that. We also tried a mint shake. It was fine but nothing unique.
If I lived in Napa, Gott’s would be a staple in the dining rotation.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! While it’s a quick-serve setup, the staff was still incredibly friendly, helpful, and kept the space clean and welcoming. The food did take a little longer to come out, but it was clear that care was going into every order, and the wait was absolutely worth it. The menu had such a fun variety of interesting and creative burgers — not your average burger spot — and everything we tried was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The real standout, though, was the soft serve cobbler. It was absolutely delicious, with that perfect combination of creamy, fruity, and sweet that left us wanting more. Between the great food, the upbeat atmosphere, and the attention to detail, this place delivers on all fronts. Can’t wait to come back and try even more of what they have to offer.

We ordered the gruyere and caramelized onion burger, Asian chicken salad, and sweet potato fries and frose. There was a line but it moved quickly. You are given a pager that buzzes when your food is ready to pick up. The food was really well executed and didn’t take long. The burger was juicy and flavorful and the bun was perfectly toasted. The salad was one of the best I’ve had in a long time and the cucumbers in it were so crisp. Everything tasted really good here, I would highly recommend this place.
