We went here to celebrate my mom’s birthday, party of 16 (she loves the mariachis). They put together enough tables to seat our group. The server was very attentive, not pushy. The food was very good and came out on time. And did I mention the mariachis. My mom had a very memorable time. Thank you, Cancun Grill for making that possible.

What can you say? Cancun Grill is a staple here in Miami Lakes and the surrounding area because they make good Mexican food and have staff that really pays attention to you.
The decor is bright and Mexican themed (of course!) and the music sets a good and happy tone. You can come with your friends to enjoy food, drink, and conversation.

Food was fantastic as usual however, quite loud for an intimate dinner on a Thursday did not realize it was all you can eat tacos but food was delicious. Definitely recommend and would definitely return. However, I would like to return on a night that it’s a little quieter.

It’s been a while since I last visited Cancun Restaurant, and I was very pleasantly surprised and glad I stopped by for dinner. The ambiance was great, the energy was wonderful, everything was clean, and the waitstaff was attentive. I will definitely be coming back — and bringing friends from work, especially since there’s a lunch special I’m looking forward to trying.

Came here for lunch and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly and fresh. The lunch specials are a great deal—$15 including a drink. You really can’t beat it.

We just found our new favorite Mexican spot—Cancun Grill! The service was excellent, and the food somehow managed to be even better. Drinks were not only well made but also very reasonably priced.
A standout dish for us was the Chicharrón de Cerdo Guacamole—absolutely to die for! The combination of creamy guacamole and crispy pork was spot on. Our daughter loved her kid’s steak, and the tacos tasted truly authentic—nothing like the fast food versions you find elsewhere.
We’re already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Walked in on a random Thursday because I’m staying at a hotel across the street. This place is legitimately awesome. The food is good, not too expensive, the atmosphere is lively, but really the most amazing thing is the service. There are so many waiters and waitresses and they’re all extremely attentive. I never once had to flag down a waiter for anything. Someone dropped a plate in the dining area and no joke it was completely cleaned up in less than 1 minute. The food came out quickly and in large portions. They even had free candy to take with you by the door when you leave. As I walked out into the parking lot there was a mariachi band setting up to play music. Definitely coming back.

We visited Cancun Grill on a Thursday night. The restaurant was fairly full, which we understand can impact service, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing.
The live singer performing Mexican music was extremely loud — to the point where it was uncomfortable and actually hurt our ears. It made it very difficult to have a conversation at our table.
Service was also very slow. It took quite a while for someone to take our order, and throughout the evening the staff did not appear very attentive. We had to ask for basic items like napkins, and even after finishing our meal, it took a long time to receive the check.
We were hoping for a pleasant dinner experience, but between the excessive noise level and the lack of attentive service, it fell short.

This is a great restaurant for Mexican food. They have great lunch specials and tasty food with a full liquor bar. This restaurant has been an icon in the Miami Lakes area for many years amd has become a tradition for business lunches, special occassions & birthday celebrations. The menu is quite extensive and the food is very good. You can also bring your children to join the celebration.
