Simple menu with delicious results. Got the double cheeseburger with shoestring fries and was not disappointed. Super thick burgers , definitely only need a single if you’re not ravenous. You can taste the high quality of the beef, would definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for a burger!! They have multiples locations

The burgers are really moist and fresh and yummy. Portion is good for one person and their customer service is also fast and friendly. The location is also easy to find and technically considered an affordable place to eat for such a yummy set.

Oh my god! This was an EXCELLENT cheese burger. I love when the edges are crispy. This just hit the spot and the chips? Fab. They even offer sweet potato fries for those so inclined! Honestly one of the best meals I had in Dublin. We had it delivered through Deliveroo and the food was STILL stellar.

Genuinely incredible burger!
Checked it due to good ratings, and it did not disappoint.
The staff was friendly, food was reasonably priced and tasted great.
Only negative would be that it’s quite a small establishment, and due to its quality seems to fill up quite fast, so I’d recommend getting a reservation beforehand if you plan on visiting.

Great and tasty meat burgers , fries I got the showstring and honestly it’s amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone want a burger in Dublin. The total cost was 14.9 euros for both. Also it can get busy so plan accordingly. Thanks for the staff too

Bunsen hands down do the best burger in Ireland. The menu tells you everything…the choices are few, but what they do, they do very well.

The atmosphere is currently know because of construction and very little seating. The service was fine, but it was so crowded that there was a long wait. The double burger with cheese was totally worth the wait.

Stopped by Bunsen for a late lunch around 3–4 pm. From the outside, it looks like any other burger joint simple signage, nothing that screams “famous.” But since it’s the name that keeps popping up when you mention burgers in Dublin, I had to give it a try.

Inside, it’s loud, fast-paced, and packed. Tables are crammed close, conversations overlap, and there’s that casual chaos that gives it a bit of charm but also makes it hard to relax. The staff were young, friendly, and clearly hustling just two waitresses running the entire place, so plenty of dashing around.

I ordered the Double Cheeseburger with shoestring fries. It came out quick, but the experience landed somewhere in the middle not bad, not great. Just… fine. The burger was decent but lacked that “wow” factor everyone seems to rave about. Fries were okay, though nothing memorable.

All in, I paid about €20, which is fair for what it is, but given the hype, I walked out expecting more. Dublin definitely has better burger spots waiting to be discovered. Bunsen just didn’t hit that legendary mark for me.

I had the cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. The food was good, and the place is clearly popular, it was very crowded. That said, I did not find the burger particularly special, and for the price, it felt a bit overpriced. It was decent, but in my opinion, not great value for money.
