We had noticed an increased amount of food trucks showing up at this location over the last couple of months. On any given evening or night, you will find a handful of different food trucks in this parking lot. You can get a variety of meals here. So far we have seen several Mexican food trucks where you can buy tacos, quesadillas, burritos, burgers, Birria tacos and ramen and even breakfast tacos in the mornings. You will also find some fried fish and shrimp, homemade cobbler, corn on the cob, hot links, mesquite grilled fish, hush puppies and fries. We have also seen BBQ plates and turkey legs being sold here. On our last time here, we tried some of the Vietnamese food. Look for the meats being grilled on site. It was very delicious.
