Stopped in for a late lunch today. My wife and I had the soup and salad.
The service was great. Our waitress was kind , friendly, professional and tentative to our table.
Nothing negative to say about the salad, one can never go wrong with the Olive Garden salad. The soup was fine all but the one soup my wife and I both tried was like warm at best. Still good as we ate it. We did let our waitress know and she was overly apologetic and even tried to get us some Togo. We let her know, this was not a complaint, we just wanted her to know to tell the kitchen. As someone else might complain and no need for that. She went straight way and let the kitchen know. A great staff member. With I could remember her name. I know it started with a K.

Guys let me tell you a little story after a little slow start someone pass thru my table and I ask if I could be help he did not other than the service manager at this location like always great food and today was exceptional he took care of us all the way thru drinks and delivered the food him self now that’s service thank you (Sean Sullivan ) for great service in taking care of my self and my family is very much appreciated guys you know me everything is about service so I highly recommend specially if he is around great food didn’t expect nothing else come and visit

I really enjoyed my night here as I was treating a few friends who haven’t eaten here. My waitress, Felicity, was very attentive and polite. She was beyond knowledge of the food options available. They have gluten-free pastas as well as vegetarian and vegan options on there menu. There was only a five minute wait for such a busy Friday night. The parking is plentiful and it’s very kid-friendly. Customer service is everything to me so I was elated when the manager, Robin, stopped at each of the tables to see if their service was up to par. My company was beyond satisfied and we’ll definitely be returning.

My sever Samantha/Sammy was great! i came by myself after a rough day and from the jump she was so attentive!!! She made me feel like a friend or even a family member, not just “a costumer”. she was so sweet and easy going to talk to, i never had to ask for a refill on my drink or soup. not only was she a great server she’s very beautiful inside and out. sammy if you see this your going great places girl !!

The first time we came was great service and food, but today 10/10/2024 @7:00pm our service was horrible. Our waitress was just rude with a mad attitude, making us feel unwelcome and didn’t even give us chocolates when we paid. When walking out we ask the lady with glasses at the front desk if we could please have chocolates because we didn’t receive any and she just rudely shoved them in my wife’s hand dropping a few and walked away at the same time without saying anything. All the customers waiting to be seated saw this and heard our comment. We had high hopes for this restaurant since our first time was great, but now it’s just bad. We won’t be back.

Only reason why I give it a one is because they served me a sprite in a dirty cup, let alone the silverware that’s wrapped up had a piece of old broccoli. They sat us by the kitchen it smelled like straight old trash. Did contact Houston city to put a complaint because they are clearly not following sanitation. Manager took the drinks off the tab but acted as if it was nothing. Don’t go here unless you want to drink people’s leftovers.

I would give 5 stars across the board but I find it claustrophobic after 6:00 p.m. when the lights slightly dim. Keep in mind im a disabled combat vet so im sure the atmosphere is a much better experience. Favorite restaurant

Our food was delicious! The waiter Frankie was very attentive and on point with everything. The piña colada was actually strong 1st time ever at a restaurant, so that was good, lol.

I went with my husband today as a pregnant lady looking for something yummy we have been going since we got married, (1) took them 10 minutes to acknowledge our table, when we got attention we order the drinks and told the server we were ready to order right away. Two lemonades, and crispy chicken alfredo (2) apparently the lady thought we were done ordering since she was about to leave and closed the ticket book without asking if we wanted something else. Nothing to worry about we stopped her and asked for the strawberry cake to go.
(3) Later was brought the chicken pasta except that the one they brought was grilled not crispy, I broke out crying due to pregnancy hormones which is totally normal and my husband called another server to bring us napkins since we did not have and to at least have my pasta replaced. (Thank you to that server, I really do appreciate you)
(4) my husband did not want to eat his pasta since I was still waiting for mines but I told him to do so or his would get cool
The server did later apologize and all good until
(5) We finished eating and asked for the strawberry cake, she did not brought it TO GO so we still have to ask to have it handed to go once again
Again my first date was at that olive, when I got married I went to that olive, my first month anniversary was at that olive and we wanted to go today since next week I’ll be getting induced next week so that we had that memory as well.
