Got the last Unicorn Frappuccino at this Starbucks. They warned me beforehand about the lack of pink powder so I wasn’t disappointed by the appearance. Overall, this place is great and includes friendly/honest crew members, fast service, and a clean/great location in campustown.

came in, asked for a pour over because the last time i got a standard drip it was sludge. just terrible, had been sitting for hours. the barista rolled his eyes and said making pour overs was too much work, and asked if i could order something else. if making coffee is too much work for you then maybe don’t work at starbucks?

Most of the staff are good. But a few are super laidback. Twice in the last one month, I ordered a regular coffee, even paid a tip! And next, I was just waiting and seeing people who ordered after me, getting their stuff and leaving. Until 10-15 mins later, I figured out they totally forgot about it. And the coffee is already cold! They dont even apologize to you! Maybe some of them need to do their job properly and be less rude and more efficient, and behave less entitled!?

Great staff! They are very friendly and nice everytime I go there. Always a great interaction! During this pandemic they have managed to provide service in a safe manner. They always wear mask and I know it is not easy to work with mask all the time, so I have a tremendous respect for them!

I cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks location. Many of the baristas have remembered my name and make it a point to welcome me in. They are always busy whenever I come in, yet still make the time to execute great customer service. I always get my drink quickly and the way I ordered it. These baristas work so hard and I am very thankful for them!
