Waited at the drive-thru ordering machine while only one car was ahead of us. The employee, Austin, ignored us and helped the car behind us and then another after that. When we pulled forward to the next window assuming maybe a technical issue , he said, “Yep, that was me. I was helping other people,” in a rude, dismissive tone. He then continued to speak with aggression the entire interaction.
His behavior was unprofessional from start to finish, and we were given the wrong order afterward, which felt intentional. This experience felt targeted and intentional. I’ve never been spoken to with that level of disrespect by a service employee.

This place always misses something on my order tonight missing 3 of 4pcs nuggets I clearly asked the guy is everything inside this bag he said yes. He lied lol. I hate going he but its close to home so we go but it never fails. And they dont answer the phone.

This has to be the worse McDonald’s ever lol. They are going to give you whatever they want to give you. I ordered a bagel sandwich no egg it had egg. I ordered a holiday pie they gave me an expired strawberry pie. I have NEVER had a good experience with this mcds. I wait long periods hoping it’s a new staff that can comprehend but nope.

I don’t understand what part of this place is fast food. I waited for nearly 40 minutes for a 5 dollar meals. The staff in the front is openly using their personal phones while prepping their food.

I just want to correct the rating on Yelp. I came to place my order (Big Mac meal) and ran into a little hiccup with my Mobile app, and the manager, Arriaza, was extremely helpful and kind to assist me with my order. She went above and beyond my expectations, and the level of service was great! For those who have left a negative review, I think you need to reconsider and try again. Manager Arriaza assisted me as well as many other patrons with a smile. Well done! I will be coming back soon. Coach Z
