I just went there today to order food from my family when I walked in they said that the credit card machine was down in the lobby and they could not give me exact change of i had cash. I was respectful and was trying to see if I had change which I did not.But then I realized the credit card machine in the drive through was working just fine. So I insisted I would be willing to wait if she just rang me up through the drive through while me waiting in a lobby. The manager then walked up and said “it doesn’t work like that”. And I said, “well, why not?” And she said, “because he has other people in line”I said, “I would be willing to wait”. But she said “it does not work like that”. So I told her, “I think you don’t work like that”. And I left the building. It is pretty sad that you’re willing to turn down business due to inconvenience andthe customer tries to help you, But you deny service, shame on you! Get better employees and management.

I have been coming to this popeyes for awhile and I can honestly say the service has gone way down, this is by far the worse popeyes! On my most recent visit I had an online order an when I went inside no spoke but the three ladies behind the counter all looked me in my face. I usually would leave but I had already ordered online. The lady bagging my food didn’t have what I ordered so she started making substitutions to my order. When she finally turned around an acknowledged me maybe 5mins. I said I didn’t want the substation. I was then advised it would be 20mins for my order at thus point it’s already been 10-15 mins if they had dropped more chicken when they realized they didn’t have enough for orders I would’ve only had a 5min wait. The manager was counting money on the front counter an by the way she was struggling to count its clear the staff have no leadership. When asked to just cancel my order I was told they couldn’t and to go back online. The staff clearly needs to be trained on customer service

I frequent this Popeyes, like any restaurant avoid it during lunch cause it can get chaotic.
Night time though, totally different vibe. Night crew is a well oiled machine, everyone is up beat, you get your food fresh, and on time.
I’ve never had to wait more than 7 minutes for a two person meal, and you can tell the fryers are fresh.

I feel like the quality of food at all Popeyes as gone down hill. It used to be one of my favorite fast food stops for a quick bite. In the last year or so the chicken sandwich has gotten smaller and the chicken in the sandwich not as tender and juicy. Probably wont be going to Popeyes again for a while. The staff at this one were very friendly. The dining area had stuff all over the front table and looked messy.

Pam has the worst customer service. She can’t handle more than two people in the lobby line. I had a mobile order and waited 5 minutes in the drive thru, went inside, waited damn near 15 minutes just to get to the counter and she gives me the mobile order on the shelf that had no ticket with my name on it. She said she did not want to give me new tenders because it is made when it is ordered (I didn’t want my whole meal new just the 3 tenders). I would have grabbed the bag 15 minutes prior if there was a ticket with my name on it. Instead she kept trying to defend her point that I should have got the bag when it was finished yet I could not know that was my bag & she took 15 minutes to get through 4 customers orders. Someone put this lady in the prep area and away from customers because she clearly does not communicate properly.

Amazing customer service! Everyone was so friendly and looked like they enjoyed working there. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! This is our new go to spot when we drive through. Phenomenal attitudes, very impressive.

The ladies running this location were almost too nice. The chicken was very fresh and my six pack of jalapenos were spectacular. They brought our food out to our table when it was ready. I travel through this area multiple times a year and this is going to be a recurring stop for my family. Thanks for the hospitality! See y’all again soon.

They were short staff. They were out of tea, french fries, shrimp and biscuits. We go on Sunday after church and this happens often. The men and women’s restroom were out of soap.

I’m not even wanting to leave them one star but it’s the only way I can leave a review after waiting to order with only one car in line in front of me and they pulled from the speaker when I did but I get it one at a time it’s not fast food so I get it but after I was asked to pull up and wait for my food the girl at the drive-thru window came out asked me what I was waiting on went back in 2 minutes later the manager comes out asked me what I’m waiting on come back goes back in I go in at the 17 minute Mark after ordering and not getting my food and they’re like oh what are you here for I’m like the food I ordered 17 minutes ago did I still haven’t gotten I’m wondering where my food is at your drive-thru girl has come to see why you yourself have come to see it it’s now almost 20 minutes and was told to ask where the tenders were at they’re like right here and I’m like as in you just breaded them and are dropping them now into the grease yes that’s unacceptable the manager looked me said it only takes 3 minutes sir I know but it’s I’ve been here for 20 minutes now that’s unacceptable considering the cars behind me got their orders to people that came in got their orders I mean at what point does a place that only Cooks chicken screw up so bad that they can do seven other orders but can’t do mine that is unacceptable and y’all are really lucky I’m one of those people who didn’t whip out my phone and crash out and just show how bad they were running this business and you guys need to just go ahead and give me my money back she did the kid apologized I’m like man you got nothing to be sorry about you didn’t take my order the girl at the window she did her job it just turns out that the manager is not good at her job of making sure people have food cooked that they’re selling and when they take somebody’s $20 bill that they worked hard for they should get their food and a reasonable amount of time

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever visited. No ice, No condiments, No napkins. NO SIDES. Chicken was old and cold, at 1 PM to boot.
