My pizza itself was good. They could have put more cheese in the kids personal pan pizzas. The guy at the front was kinda rude & standoffish.. he was pressed on 80cents for bbq sauce when I asked for extra on my pizza . I will return but idk how quick .

The past two times I ordered pizza I have ordered well in advance for a specific time and would receive an email saying my order was ready. When I go to pick up the pizza they just tell me they haven’t even started on my order, can’t give me a time estimate and are fairly rude about the entire situation. Their online ordering system is fairly busted and if they can’t come close to the set time they shouldn’t accept online orders or at least not send emails saying your order is ready.

Very disappointed in my carry out order ticket # 0085 at 8:18 pm Saturday. The pizza toppings were as ordered however the actual pizza was not cooked. The bread/crust was undone and doughy. Spoke with the manager and he said that he was not aware of the problem but I could have brought it back and they would have remade it! However since I was not aware that it was not cooked through until I was home in Belleville and not able to return. I tried eating with a fork but was to undone so just ate the topping. First hint that I should have questioned was ordered at 8:18 pm and my pickup was 8:32pm so cook time would have been around 10 minutes.

We ordered a pepperoni meat lover Pizza ,& the idiot price does a cheese pizza and gave us a cheese only Pizza . If I wanted a cheese pizza I would have ordered it I ordered a meat lovers Pizza ,& got jipped to a cheese only Pizza . Weighted 40 minutes for the pizza out in the truck. We waited outside for a text and never got it , what we got was a pizza getting hard in their standby oven . We didn’t understand why they wanted our phone number if they weren’t going to call us when it was ready . Anybody can get a job at this place, they’re just not the smartest people to have that job .

Never received our delivery ordered at 7:08 pm computer stated estimate delivery time was 738pm at 807 P.m. I called. They said they were a little backed up. I was told that food delivery service was going to be dropping it off because they were backed up On the computer, it was out for delivery. OK understand we had our town parade. at 8:38 PM. I Called and I was told it was going to be delivered By 9:15 PM I called back and there was still nothing until the order was canceled and Erin who I talked to very nicely apologized so needless to say we did not get our order. Erin, he was very professional very nice and offered us a credit for the next time

I have had no issues until today. I placed my order through the app and was told it would be done by 6:55pm. At 6:52pm I received a message saying my order was ready to pick up. I arrived at the restaurant at around 6:54pm and waited for a while in my car until 7pm. I called twice to let them know I was here. The first time went to the main switchboard and the second they finally answered. I was told by the girl, we are working on your order it would be ready in 10-12minutes. We got busy. I don’t understand why you would mark something done when its not done. I understand it gets busy but don’t mark something done when its clearly not.

Our service was great and the pizza was good but this restaurant needs an overhaul. It doesn’t look like it’s been changed since the 80’s or early 90’s. Everything just has a grimy feel/look to it and the windows aren’t efficient enough to keep the cold out. I didn’t take my jacket off. I don’t know what it’s like in the Summer but I imagine it gets pretty warm in there.
