We’ve always loves chic fil a but today we walk up to a register with 2 young ladies standing there. Neither ever spoke so after couple minutes we went to another register. I had hot fires but my moms were cold. Then prob the worst part, I have my 3 year old granddaughter wanting to play in the slide but it clearly NEVER gets cleaned cause it’s black inside. Not trying hard make her sick so had to upset her and tell her she cannot play in the nasty slide.

Are visit to this Chick-fil-A was nice food was good, very busy place we waited a bit for our food, but it was worth it. All the workers were friendly and respectful. We enjoyed it very much.

I’ve always been so impressed with Chick-fil-A. Not today. A pet peeve of mine: Do not hand me a drink with soda dripping all over the outside of the cup. I refused to take it and asked the gentleman to please wipe the cup off. He did, with his hand, then handed it to me and wiped his hand on his pants as he turned his back to me to do something. Gross! We were asked Dine in or takeout? Dine in. We sat down at a table and waited for our order. Another gentleman paused at our table and said Billy? We said, yes. He dropped a bag with our food in front of us and asked if we’d like any ketchup or anything? Wow.

Normally, I don’t leave reviews. However after sitting in a curbside spot for 35 minutes and having to walk inside to see my food sitting on the counter for even longer I was upset. No acknowledgment and no apology. Keith street has definitely lowered customer service standards.

Used the delivery service and the wrong food got delivered. Normally I would let this go but the food i got cost less than what I paid for. It’s impossible to get in touch with the store by phone so I had to drive there and explain it and get my correct food.
I wasn’t going to leave a review but what got me was I received 0 apologies. Not from the cashier that helped me or the shift lead that handed me the replacement bag of food.
*Update*: Received a call today, just one day later. Nathan gave me a call and gave what I felt was a genuine apology for the experience I received and gave some rewards in the app. Much appreciated Nathan.

Order for VIP curbside. After 20mins the order was no longer on the way to my vehicle. I had to go inside and wait 3 minutes before being addressed at the counter. Once addressed I sr my food sitting on the counter. I told them I been waiting over 20 mins on that order. The person goes oh sorry here you go. “ I told them I don’t want 20min old foot sitting out. He tells a manager who doesn’t even acknowledge me but just gets fresh fries and hands to the worker to give to me and says sorry. Worse Chik Fil La experience I have had in the entire counter. Will not return to this location. Lack of professional and customer service is something you find at McDonalds not a Chik Fil la.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I ordered extra sauce, paid for the sauce and didn’t get it. It is incredibly frustrating to get home(20 min away from the restaurant) and not have what you paid for. This restaurant used to hold such a high standard and now it feels like here’s your food now get out of our line. Highly disappointed!

This is easily the 5th time we have stopped in to purchase food AT THE COUNTER. Those working there just stand around and DO NOT SERVICE the counter! How long should we wait? We walk out frustrated w NO FOOD …AGAIN!
I’ve sat in the long take out lane before and the order takers won’t take our order they say “it’s not my line the other person will get the order” and continue to stand around !!
WORST SERVICE EVER and I never thought I’d say that about a Chick fil A.

I have had several experiences of poor customer service here. This most resent encounter I sat at the curbside preorder spot for 20 minutes. I saw several cycles of drive thru customers cone and go. Eventually, I went inside and they had placed my order to the side. No one knew it was there. By the time I got my food it was cold. In the past, I have had to wait extremely long amounts of time in the drive thru. They have forgotten items and even given me the wrong order in several accounts. There was one woman taking my order inside who was extremely rude and impatient when it wasn’t even busy.

Our experience was terrible, full of sass and no “my pleasure” response. While the receipt says the name Conner, the one that took our payment was a different young girl wearing a red sweater and she is the one who gave us the worst and last experience at chickfilA. We ordered our food through drive thru and we paid cash with a $100 bill. They had us wait 10 minutes at the window to get our drinks, food, and change. After mentioning our complaint to the young girl, she didn’t apologize nor tried to sympathize, she looked at us and immediately asked if we wanted to speak with the manager. Although she gave us the option to express our complaint to the manager she still gave us an attitude and we had no more time to spend at chickfila. My family and I were already desatisfied with the customer service here and with this happening, we won’t be putting chickfila as our first food choice or option any more.
