This was our first AMAZING visit here. We were treated with utmost care. The manager was amazing, she answered all of our questions and showed us some great gift ideas.
We came for my son’s birthday and Dan, our server, did a great job ! The food was great and reasonably priced.
We will return. ( it’s only 2300 miles away.).

TRULY RECOMMEND this location. The restaurant is quaintly decorated and built. Their food is deliciously comforting and prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of their food. I sincerely enjoy this restaurant and I enjoy shopping there as well. Stop by if you’re passing on through and try them!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel! Our food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the homemade-style dishes tasted like comfort food should. Service was quick, and our server checked on us often.

Cracker Barrel is and always will be our stopping place every time we visit. Overall, it was a delightful visit from start to finish.

Large restrooms, eclectic gift shop with many different options. Old-school candies, sodas, and much American nostalgic souvenirs you will find in here. Love their assortment of jewelry.

The food was amazing! Everything tasted great, better than most locations I’ve been to in years. The service left much to be desired. She gave us the bums rush to get our order and then disappeared completely. We had to chase her down for straws, for butter, for hot biscuits. If the food had not been beyond stellar, she would’ve ruined the entire experience.
All in all, I’d probably go back… Just for the food. Yum!

Bought a couple Old Timers Breakfasts with coffee and water. The waitress was very nice. My wife didn’t want any gravy or biscuits and ask for toast. Waitress said we can grill it for you. She wanted toast not greasy or buttery bread. Mine I brought the original Old Timers Breakfast. This is not the first time at this restaurant that I ordered Crispy Bacon. She said fine and when I received it was greasy and 3 pieces were pretty raw. I did like the fact you went back to the original biscuits at this store. I was going to say something but decided against it as this was the same situation the last time I came into this Cracker Barrel. I just think that the food quality has gone down hill from all my other visits. I hope you get things changed around as there was not many people in the restaurant. I still gave the waitress 20% tip.

Started with standing to be checked in while 3 employees stood around and talked , finally someone came from back to get us seated. Store was not busy – maybe 4 tables. Steak overcooked asked for rare got it well done. Also had to ask for biscuits for our meal and got well after started eating. Had to keep asking for refills of water. Wanted a salad with steak but was not offered without upcharge. Waitress charged for childs drink when menu said come with meal, but cashier took off… Overall I didn’t enjoy my visit. But will always be loyal to going. Though I hate wasting money on food don’t enjoy due to overcooked

0ur waitress was horrible!! No coffee refills and no water! We had to request a spoon and napkins. Even the sugar container didn’t have regular sugar. Left her a tip anyway but definitely not my usual 20%.

I know they will probably not address this or respond to this because they only seem to know how to deflect and respond to five star comments.. but I was eating there last night and a server there who had a persistent cough looked absolutely miserable and drained. When I asked her if she was okay, she told me that she was sick but her manager (who she told me goes by the name of David Kearley) refused to let her go. She told me she had been there since 9 am and I got there at about 7 pm. I asked her if she was comfortable with me feeling her head for a fever and when I tell y’all she was BURNING. UP. Atleast had to have a fever of 101. She then came back out into the dining room crying and explained that her manager let FOUR people go home early before her even though she had made it very clear that she had a fever and a persistent nasty cough. Apparently her coworkers were also making fun of her for being so sick and crying from the pain she was in.
I don’t know what you’re opinion is about that but that is a SERIOUS health code violation. A fever means you are disgustingly contagious!
Do better Cracker Barrel! Your corporate office and the health department will be getting a shining review from me tomorrow morning
