I gave the food 2 stars because it was hot. But honestly. All I could smell inside was old grease. When you enter a restaurant, grease is not what you should smell. My food also tastes like old grease. And chicken tenders should be crispy not wet with the skin falling off. To be great…you have to do great.

Today will be my last time at this location. I appreciate the leadership and customer service displayed at the cedarhill/grand praire locations. The kids at this location will repeat my oder multiple times to still give me an incorrect order and then to give me an attitude for asking for my drink without ice. This location needs better training on customer service on how to be helpful, rather than standing around to get annoyed when asked to be helped. This is not the first incident ive delt with from this location and that is why I wont be supporting this location anymore.

I ordered a tender meal and thought I was about to enjoy a good meal. Well the tenders were not cooked long enough. I got home only to find soggy tenders!! Highly upset that the phone lines you cannot get through on and I had to drive all the way back there to get a refund!!

The young lady that attended me was kind but in a hurry, she yield “20 fingers” to the coocks.
I got my order and went Home.
At home found out thay I only got 15 fingers.
I leave about 7 miles from this store, not worthed to go back for the rest.
I just will never go back to this store

I have never really had an issue with this location or any Cane’s food but tonight the food was terrible! Chicken was so dry like it had been sitting under the lamp too long….the fries seemed like the last in the bin… the bread had no flavor and the lemonade had no sweetness. My family and I was very disappointed of what we received. Really hope this doesn’t happen again and someone is aware of what is being sent out because we really do enjoy Cane’s chicken ect.
