Gina was incredibly professional and helpful when our party of 20 arrived! She made us feel so welcome right away. Once we were seated, the service was excellent. Even with such a large group, our food came out hot and quickly. Gina checked on us multiple times, made sure our drinks stayed filled, and helped with anything else we needed. The wait staff and management truly made our experience great! We will be back!

Olive Garden sells soup in 1/2 gallon and one gallon containers! I was sick while traveling for work and got myself the 1/2 gallon of Pasta e Fagioli through their curbside ordering online to last a couple of days in my hotel room. The soup was so incredibly delicious and I love the way they packaged it with a ladle, parmesan, bowls, spoons, and mint chocolates. I will order this again and again.

Great food! The service was so good and the waiter was so sweet! The atmosphere is warming and polite, a little loud but great! A little pricy though. For four people it was around 200$ for us.

Great food, plenty of room, endless salad and breadsticks, Olive Garden was a great spot for the company I work for to have its annual get together!
The host, waitress and waiters were great
The food was hot and fresh
And yes, they do serve vegetarian dishes

Very bad experience, we got a table at 7.50 PM and ordered at 8 pm and got our order after half an hour, our order was chicken alfredo and another dish with steak pieces, the two dishes were not supposed to contain bacon, unfortunately both dishes contained bacon pieces. We called the server and he was nice and we told him that there were bacon pieces and he understood the situation and took our orders and told us that they will make the new orders, but after 10 minutes the waiter came with the same dishes and told me that they do not contain bacon! I took the plate and pulled out the piece of bacon and showed it to him, and told him that it was meat ? The waiter apologized and took the dishes to the kitchen and after 5 minutes the restaurant manager came and told us that she asked the kitchen staff to prepare new dishes and that they would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting for 50 minutes without food, we asked the waiter to change the order and take it home with us. We asked for the bill, and he told us that one of the orders had been prepaid by the restaurant management. He told me that we could pay through the tablet on the table. I checked the bill, and the amount was only for one order. While paying, there was a payment error. I tried again and was surprised that the amount for the second order had been added again. I said to myself, it doesn’t matter, and I continued paying the full bill and took the orders home, after we got back home, we tried to eat the dishes and were surprised to find large pieces of bacon and some spaghetti mix with the food.
I don’t know if this was an individual act or a mistake! I don’t think it was a mistake. $60 went to the trash, and our mood was very bad.

Best experience I’ve had at an Olive Garden. All the food was hot and tasted amazing. Had a decently large party, and the place was filled with people. We still got plenty of refills of drink, bread sticks, and soup. The staff were very friendly and fun to talk to. We got to use the cheese grater. We will be coming back plenty more times in the future.

Food was delicious. We went for my husband’s birthday and he ordered the endless pasta. Definitely worth the price. Each bowl better than the last. And good size too. Plus of course you can’t beat their endless salad and breadsticks. Service is phenomenal and our waitress was very sweet and empathetic when my husband spoke a bit about his family.

Experience was good. Food was good. Had the tour of italy…the alfredo pasta was the best part (which was pretty good even the wife agreed and she doesn’t like alfredo). The red sauce in my opinion was ok (was neither great nor bad). Wife had the shrimp fritto misto. I will say her dish was fantastic well seasoned and cooked nicely. The shrimp was not chewy. Overall id give it 7.5-8/10 probably would not order a dish with red sauce in it again but will be back for sure. Either way everyone left happy and full. Thanks olive garden

We had a reservation last night for a large party of 18. The two hostesses were extremely rude and very unprofessional and said they do not make reservations. My daughter told them she had called the day before and talked to someone who took her name and info down for the reservation. One of the rude girls basically said she was lying. The employees were making snide comments to each other and laughing and rolling their eyes. I tried to tell the manager about her rude and unprofessional staff and she seemed uninterested.
To make a long story short, the manager went to the back office, I’m assuming, and came back and said that yes the reservation was written down by another manger. She was able to accommodate us. Main problem was the two front-end hostesses, or whatever their jobs were, and a guy who also joined in. The rest of the workers came to watch with some making comments, as well. Extremely disappointed with this location and will never return.
The rest of the evening was good. Wait staff was great and professional, however.

Our server was too busy on the computer for 20 mins. Took us 15mins on top of that to get our drinks and another 20mins to get salad and bread. This place needs to get new staff with customer service. Worst service i have ever got.
