Very busy. Older Gentleman/ host very sweet to our 3 year old Grandson. Server Angela completely overloaded. Her patience while taking our order was running thin. Food took awhile to arrive, but was okay and filled us up.

We were seated at a 15 min estimate for 3 people. Got in less than 10 min. The environment is just as expected. Our drinks and waitresses were fast service. Food came out right as our appetizer was about finished so, perfect timing. Only issue is we felt like the mash potatoes lacked salt and butter. Corn bread wasn’t sweet and biscuits and gravy were generic. All in all wasn’t bad and price wasn’t bad compared to other places. Would come here again.

I like cracker barrel however, in my opinion this particular location does not meet the expected quality and services provided by other location. Came at 1.30 pm there are many available table but I have to wait almost 10 mins to get table. There were 5 tables were not cleaned from the time i sat, ate and done.

It was our first time at Cracker Barrel and to start, the interior of the restaurant is so creative and amazing. It gives off a rustic atmosphere in the most beautiful way. Upon arrival, even with a large party of 11, they were quick to accommodate us and sat us down promptly. The waitress who served us was very friendly and patient in taking our orders family by family. I decided to get the chicken pot pie and for it is price and portion size, I would recommend. The pie crust itself was super flakey yet crispy. The inside of the pie was very creamy and had lots of chicken, peas, carrots, and potato pieces. Although the kitchen forgot to serve one of our family member’s order, the food was worth the wait. In addition, they had a gift shop with many clearance items on sale. Overall, you will enjoy the food and browsing the ample items sold at the shop.

Mason M waited on us. I had my favorite grilled chicken tenders, corn, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, cole slaw and grilled sour dough bread. The place was busy but Tamara stopped by the table multiple times to help out. The manager Debbie greeted all the tables. Everyone was working together and the food was hot and delicious. I bought a few things in the gift shop. There are so many beautiful items.. We will be back.
