Was surprised based off reviews, Nice clean place but food is extremely low quality and extremely overpriced. Bottom of tomal was rock hard like they scorched it in a microwave with grocery store pre shredded cheese. Nothing seemed housemade and Everything seemed very poorly put together and took very long.

Vegetarian enchiladas was flavorless and felt like it was just a wrap of some frozen veggies stuffed in tortillas with another layer of flavorless verde green sauce on top. Idk why it is now being served with ranch and American dressed salad. A few months ago it was much more delicious. But now I would not recommend. For this reason I would not be visiting again
Other than that: perfect table, perfect drinks, perfect table setting for someone hosting, perfect waiting -> Perfect vibe ✨

Great new restaurant in Cap Hill! Ambiance was super cute and welcoming, the staff were excellent and the food was great. If you live in the Seattle area, you know how difficult it is to find good Mexican food! (And they have vegetarian options, yay!) Portions were large and lots of options! I had steak fajitas which was amazing. My friends LOVED the queso dip. This is a great place for a date night, casual brunch, lunch or drinks with friends. Totally recommend!

Had a fantastic dinner! Happy hour margarita and queso followed by steak fajitas. The portions were as generous as they were delicious. Rare level of excellent customer service! Will be back.

LOVE! Best Mexican kitchen in Seattle!!! They were BOOKED up Valentines Day (SATURDAY)— my boyfriend and I did not mind sitting at the bar. We were wandering over to another restaurant when we looked into the window of Golibri Mex Kitchen, the vibe was IMMACULATE. Fantastic service. Delicious food. I hope they keep the Rosa De GUAVALUPE on the menu ❤️ It warmed my heart to have such authentic food in the neighborhood. Reminded me of a home far away. ❤️ saludos. Habrasos. Gracias. Wonderful job this evening to all those trabajadores. If I understand it’s your first Valentine’s Day open here; BRAVO Beautiful. See yall SOON! Salut

Excellent place! This is my second time at this restaurant and my husband and I loved it. I highly recommend it. The tortilla soup is delicious, the carne asada tacos are amazing, the meat is exquisite, and the flan for dessert is sensational! We will definitely be back to treat our taste buds again!

Colibri is hands down my new favorite spot! The atmosphere is amazing and super welcoming. Everyone who works there makes you feel like a friend. The drinks are strong, unique, and different than what you find at most Mexican restaurants. The chips, guac, and all the food are made fresh, and you can totally taste it. Portions are generous, and honestly, the prices are way better than most places in Seattle. Best food in the area by far. I’ll definitely be back again.

I cannot say enough great things about Colibrí. Not only are the vibes immaculate, the service is impeccable. Celeste, the owner, is a doll. She does it all, including waiting tables. The food is fantastic and the salsa is homemade. The margaritas are strong Highly highly highly recommend! ++++++

Visited this lovely establishment recently, on a Saturday afternoon. I think they are on soft opening and will be doing a grand opeing soon. The service was great multiple people checked on my table and made sure we were doing okay, the drinks were great, the mojito tasted amazing. The food was delicious I had the shrimp tacos and the plates are very full so you shouldnt leave here hungry. I enjoyed eating here and I recommend you try it out even if its just for appetizers and drinks!

tldr; overpriced, inconsistent service
120 bucks for 2, for Mexican food is a little pricey, even for Seattle. Food was not bad, service was a little annoying, not planning to return.
