I hate this location. I order a whole salad and got what looks like a half. Hardly any lettuce but a whole lot a toppings .. avocado should have been thrown away hard brown and not edible at all. This is constant with this location its crazy. Avoid this location of you can. I try to but had to utilize them today and the disappointment never fails when I do.. Smh

Just so hit-and-miss. Consisting good food. Inconsistent prep in the morning, with self- serve beverages often not put out until 15-30 minutes after ordering.
Many courteous staff members, but too high of a number of callouts.
It’s been 30 plus years since I worked food service, and we were never allowed to park – obviously reserved for customers. So why are the front two spots taken by both managers this morning?
This Panera just lacks some of the basic blocking and tackling….

The food is pretty good, but I wish it wasn’t so misleading. The first picture is what I ordered and the second picture is what I got. Seems like false advertising to me. I didn’t see any bacon on the sandwich that I got.

Really needs to put more attention into customer service especially in the mornings when people are on their way to work. Plus the lady was rude and standing there talking about nothing and I just cant keep giving my money to places with bad customer service just because to food and drinks are good. At some point they have to held accountable for the people they hire.

At this point just close down Panera Bread Finnytown. This is a Cobb salad that supposed to have real Avocado not this artifical lab created hard mess that has the nerve to have went bad. Real eggs or at least fresh artifical boiled eggs. The eggs are very , very mushy. Bacon as you can see that there isn’t a piece of bacon anywhere in sight. Grilled chicken again, no chicken in sight or physical. The romaine is partially wilted. In addition I havent eaten in 3 weeks I’ve been very ill. I figured after awhile I need to eat something. Had to stop at Walgreens for my meds. Went across the street first to #Wingsandrings to order a cobb salad. Again they had to take it back because it had apples, nutts and Again artificial hard crunchy green fake avocado. The proper thing to do Wings and rings is let your customers know that some ingredients has changed. Plus I waited forever at the bar to be served. DO NOT HAVE YOU CUSTOMERS SURPRISED FROM GREED. I now know not to get the cobb anymore, Simple.
PANERA BREAD FINNYTOWN Manager.. you dropped the ball. This salad is unacceptable. NO wonder I’ve stopped supporting THIS actual locatin first then later the entire business over tens ago. My daughter is the one who said that she would treat me thank God she got a refund. Almost forgot to mention on the bright side of a micromilimeter that is. The broth, the fresh tomatoes and the fresh red onions no complaints. I actually pitched everything else to place on the top lid only the red onions to disinfect my room. $21.00 total what a shame FYI no on-line order p/u in drive through button to select down below to select. Shameful for Finnytown Residents

The last 6 orders have been wrong- missing ingredients. Corporate has reimbursed over $200 in orders this year- from this location alone. This last order had bugs in it. Cannot seem to find a Panera worth going to in Cincinnati.

I placed a mobile order totaling $60, with a scheduled pickup time of 7:13 PM. However, I didn’t receive my food until 7:38 PM, and when I finally did, the order was rushed and completely incorrect. My little brother’s grilled cheese wasn’t even grilled, the two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches were missing both bacon and cheese, and the baguette had fuzz on it. To make matters worse, the two soup bowls weren’t even filled properly.
On top of the poor food quality, the customer service was unacceptable. The employee preparing my order was visibly rude—rolling her eyes, scoffing, and throwing me dirty looks as if I wouldn’t notice. Talking to the other employees about “What’s all this stuff for?” I understand it was nearing towards the end of the night, but with an hour still left before closing, there was no excuse for such unprofessional behavior.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. I hope management takes action to improve both the quality of the food and the overall customer service.
I work in consumer service and I would NEVER treat my customers like that.

I had just had a very long day and been on my feet for almost 12 hours working. My teeth are also very sore I just had a teeth cleaning as well earlier in the day. When I left work all I wanted was to get off my feet and get some soup. I purposely drove to this specific Panera cause they have a drive through so I didn’t have to get out my car. I get to the window there was no one in line, someone answers and started to ask me what I would like to order. In the mist of me telling them my order he cut me off and said actually drive through is closed and that I gotta come in to order. It was 7:32 and I was confused cause I went to them before even later and drove through was still open. I then asked him what time it closed he said 7pm. I then asked him if it’s closed why did he greet and answer on the mic and he couldn’t give a clear answer. In nothing situation the lights would be off or something. I then found the drive through hours right by the menu and it clearly said closed at 9, irritated I just pulled off and glanced to see the man with the locs I was talking to. Then I decided to cycle back to take a picture of the hours posted for proof and the same man greeted on the mic and irritated I told him it’s the same car and that I came back to take a picture of the hours cause he is lying, only then did he switch his story and say that he can take my order through drive through all of a sudden. But now I didn’t want the food cause I don’t want my food played with but I told him I was making this review. If you don’t like your job quit, but to lie to paying customers just cause you don’t feel like working after the customer already has had a long day is wrong !

I actually like the food but I’m never able to get it because they are always “out of something” on top of that it takes at least twenty minutes to get your food when going drive thru. They have severely declined since being bought out by a new food chain/supplier or whatever and are no longer worth my time.

To be honest, I have never eaten at Penera until yesterday. I ordered a salad and soup with a drink. The drink was the best thing. My salad was ok. I did a mobile order and got the notification that my food was ready, I arrived at the window and sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for my food. When I received my food I wasn’t ok with the approach of how it looked anyways my bag was wide open and I had a rock hard piece of bread sitting at the bottom of the bag not wrapped up or anything just thrown at the bottom sitting next to my soup. The soup was cold and nasty, bland never again. Wish I would have done my review surfing that I normally do before waiting 23 dollars at this location. I promise NEVER AGAIN!
