My server was delightful, and she was very professional. She brought me exactly everything I wanted. I like hit water brought to my table for I can place my eating utensils in. She brought the water out immediately. Unlike my last visit where the waiter never did. So I didn’t eat my entrée.
The only hiccup with my last visit, they served me tarter sauce. I’m allergic to mayo. And some of the mayo got on to my fries. But she remedy it immediately. I loved her energy, but her name escapes me right now.

waiter was good worst bartender, your drinks got so bad!!! We went there on Christmas Eve, It was really good. We went there a few times before Christmas and the guy made good drinks and after Christmas everything went downhill.!! The new bartender there is the worst. His drinks are sour. They’re horrible. It made me sick to my stomach me and my boyfriend.!! You need to serve drinks and a margarita glass and tell your bartender how to make them! I will never go back there. Your drinks are horrible.

I recently ate at Ruby Tuesday, and while the service was great — with friendly and helpful staff — that’s about the only positive thing I can say.
The food was bland, served cold, and overall very disappointing. For a place that should be offering comfort and flavor, this meal missed the mark completely. On top of that, the atmosphere felt outdated and neglected. It looks like the place hasn’t been remodeled in years, and it really shows. It honestly feels like management hasn’t done a proper walk-through in a long time to ensure things are up to standard.
Unfortunately, good service alone can’t make up for bad food and a poor dining environment. I won’t be eating here again unless some serious changes are made. The standards here are just too low for what should be a well-established restaurant chain.

Hello,I want to share how upset and disappointed I am. I go to Ruby Tuesdays so much but this is the first time I felt worthless. I ordered a steak,12oz ribeye,I get every time, atleast 4-6 times a month,so i know what it looks like. The manager, who was also cooking, sent me a 6 oz,I sent it back, along with the undone grilled shrimp and she gave me the same steak back after searing the shrimp. I had pics to prove that’s a 6oz steak,so I asked to speak to the manager, she didn’t even bother to come out. The waitress kept apologizing for her and asked if she can give me a discount on my other food and she said no just take the steak off, that’s after I refused to eat it. She was totally disrespectful and clearly should not be a manager. I was told just to leave so I did. I luv this restaurant but this was enough to say I won’t be back. I want to thank the waitress, she was better than the manager.

I do not eat meat or fish. I ordered a shrimp meal over rice and vegetables. My meal came out with beef and fish in it. I had to pick alot of it out. When I spoke to the manager to let her know, she stated I should have said I don’t eat meat. The manager just justified me having meat and fish on my plate.

Ruby Tuesday in Philadelphia offered a solid dining experience. The ambiance was casual and relaxed, perfect for a low-key meal after a day of exploring. The restaurant was clean, and we were seated immediately with no wait. Our server was friendly and prompt, making the experience smooth and enjoyable.
I opted for the soup and salad bar, while my wife tried the coconut shrimp appetizer along with the salad bar. While my broccoli and cheese soup lacked seasoning, a quick sprinkle of salt and pepper made it more enjoyable. My wife, however, absolutely loved the coconut shrimp, which came with a sauce that had a nice, flavorful kick.
The salad bar was exactly what you’d expect from Ruby Tuesday—large, clean, and fully stocked. Though we missed having saltine crackers and cottage cheese, the selection was still good overall. Its proximity to our hotel, the Hampton Inn, made it an incredibly convenient dining option. I’d definitely come back.

The staff was rude, waited around 35 minutes to be sat when it wasn’t busy at all, our server was ignorant, had a attitude, asked for blue cheese got ranch the chips were stale the chicken tenders were dry and were barely edible, potato skins were soggy and disgusting only good thing was the spinach and artichoke dip, waited 45 minutes for a brownie sundae, server was moving very slowly and barely got our order right, didn’t feel welcomed by any of the staffs attitude. Anything we asked we had to wait a minimum of 30-49 minutes for, even a bottle of ketchup, should’ve just went to applebees, this is the only time i didn’t tip because of the service i received and the server was mumbling under her breath about it, maybe if you were a little more helpful and welcoming i would’ve tipped !

The food was good and it came on time. The service from the waiter was terrific. The salad bar is always on point. One of the best cheeseburgers I tasted at a restaurant.
